Client share me phone number and profile link

The client gives me his phone number and profile link while working on a WordPress website security . i didn't want them from him . Could be a problem with my Fiverr account ?

No - just remind your client that all communication must be on Fiverr's platform and you'll be okay.

My niche in Fiverr is WordPress and Shopify and i work on it. But the knock coming from the client is data entry work. how can i fix this.

It is against fiverr TOS if you do that your account will be banned.

Just share with buyer - Fiverr does not allow any other type of communication than normal Fiverr massages and can ban account. Most of the time buyers stop sending such massages

Never contact the client outside Fiverr but instead, keep your communication in the message board. You may lose your account if you move outside Fiverr.

you have to be very careful when client share personal information because sometimes its create problem for you

The client is no longer responding after executing the task. I need some files to finish the Project. After chatting many times he said he is too busy. and Fiverr delivery time is only one day. What can I do ??

Yes I have been waiting for the last five days and my delivery time is only one day away.

 

All my work is already done just waiting  a few documents to finish the project

Explain the situation and request an extended delivery time.

Be patient and send a polite reminder. Check message delivery status and review order requirements. If there is no response, contact Fiverr support, use the Resolution Center, Always respect Fiverr's policies, and learn from the experience for future interactions.

It seems I have the same issue. After delivery, the client is not available on the phone and the contact blocked me on whatsapp. I sent the offer after delivery, but no response. Does it happen with anyone else?

While i was working with a buyer, he asked me if the buyer account can be changed to a seller account.

I think any individual can create single account for both the seller and buyer. Both options are avail for both.

I do WordPress and Shopify website design on Fiverr. But sometimes the data entry job the buyer knocks. All gigs are providing on fiverr wordpress and Shopify, But i don't understand why buyer comes above data entry ???  And some buyers ask to contact on Telegram.

It's Spam actually. Just simply say "Sorry, I am not interested in it" and then block that buyer. Do not accept this kind of job. Avoid it as it's a violation to contact or accept the task which is outside the Fiverr.

This happens when replying to buyer messages. my internet connection here was also good, But I don't understand why i can't reply to the message.

Probably Fiverr blocked the user, I mean your client.
