Have you specified in your description the benefits customers will receive when purchasing from you? And why should they choose your services?
  2. I'm truly sorry to see this, considering you've been on this platform since 2015, which means you have a substantial number of previous buyers and repeated clients, right? Why not reach out to all those clients and communicate that you need their support again? Offer them a discount, as you see fit, and restart the order process. You can also create a new gig specifically for your old clients. Message them, and encourage them to place orders on the new gig if they're interested in availing of your services again. I know this is tough, but when things don't go as planned, changes are needed. And that's where the real reward lies. Perhaps this approach will help boost your success score.   4. I've experienced a similar issue over the last few months. My success score, which was 9 in May, dropped to 8 in June and then to 7 and 6 within one month. The primary reason was communication growth. Fiverr gave me a one-month period to improve. I took a one-month grass period to analyze where I was going wrong. Was it just communication that needed improvement, or something else? I realized that four points couldn't be deducted just because of communication. So, I started examining things more closely and identified time management as a potential issue due to my studies. I fixed my schedule, allocating specific times for Fiverr, and ensuring timely delivery and communication with buyers. Within a month, my success score rebounded from 6 to 7, and I regained my Level 2 Seller status, which made me incredibly happy. Additionally, I enhanced my communication by: 1. Sending formal and more detailed messages. 2. Responding to new buyers within 30 minutes (previously within 1 hour). 3. Initiating over-communication with buyers, even responding elaborately to simple acknowledgments. 4. Ending each message with: 'If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to message me anytime during my working hours. I'd be delighted to assist.' Perhaps that's why my success score increased from 7 to 8 within just three weeks. I'm unsure if it's solely due to improved communication or other factors, as some gigs still show room for growth in communication. My point is, I've been following this strategy for the last 1-2 months, which has helped my success score rebound from 6 to 8 within two months.
