Use the auto refresher if you want to loose your account.  Sooner or later fiverr will detect it and block your account.

You can't use Auto Refresher. There is no official instruction from Fiverr officially.
If You have any doubts, you may go to Fiverr support to ask them.

There is no need of staying online if you have nothing to do. You are new seller. I would suggest you study the forum, keep the advice from succesfull seller instead of using something against Fiverr ToS. By the meantime, read Fiverr ToS.

You can not use any extension to be active on Fiverr.
