Custom offers are being ignored by buyers

I sent a custom offer 5 days ago, but the person has not replied, even though they are logged in.
What should I do if they ignore my custom offer for a long period of time? Will the buyer be penalized in any way?😭

Go with a follow-up message and make it look professional. Do not knock more than necessary.

Be respectful to buyers.
