What happens to me and my account if I have zero gigs?

At this moment in time, I can no longer manage my account and make sure im responding to gigs. I've deleted my gigs and I would deactive my account as well, but I can't because i need to withdraw my earnings. However, I can't withdraw my earnings because my earnings are too low with my preferred payout method. 

My question is this. If my account just sits and has zero gigs for a while, is that okay?

I remember I was having $200 in account and didn't use account for 6-8months

in mid, account also got suspended (as didn't done verification), when verification done, funds were same as was

Just don't deactivate account. Let it as it is.

Why delete gigs when you can just pause them?
