I want to know about promoted gig

Hi, I have got level 1 badge last night... That's not first time I have got it... When I had got level 1 badge, fiverr gave me gig promoted option on 16/17 (days of month)... But now, I can't get gig promoted option... What's the problem and when will I get it? 

please note that my gig has 32 reviews and the overall rating is 4.9

Only Fiverr knows who is eligible for promoted gigs and why. That information is internal based on the quality of your gig.
