Which account gigs get more views on Fiverr new account and old account?

It's against fivver's terms and services to create multiple accounts. If you do that, you could get banned.

With 0 impressions, it is likely that the gig is either still under review or had a problem meaning that it cannot be shown in the search results. It can take a couple weeks for a new gig to start showing up correctly. If that length of time has already passed, I would recommend contacting customer support: support@fiverr.com

I don't have multiple account, But, I want to know which account best

That's an impossible question to answer. New accounts get a boost in ranking temporarily, and old sellers get a boost in rank due to positive reviews and providing quality services
