Order Canceled Without Any Reason

Hello everyone, one of the buyers requested me to create a website for him and he placed an order. I completed his work as per his instructions.
I purchased a premium theme + purchased some paid plugins for his website.

My buyer was 100% satisfied with my work and he left 5 Stars review + TIP.

I received a notification today that my order was canceled and the funds returned to the buyer's account. This is strange to me as I never received any complaint from the buyer and neither did he request any revision nor did he request to change anything.

Can anyone please help me understanding this?

Did your buyer block you? If not.., try to ask your buyer politely.

I suspect there are miss communication with your buyer. (Especially with purchased theme)

Some Buyer didn't like it when Seller using template / theme for their project.

Have you explain it at first?

If BUYER blocked you, try contact Fiverr CS. Perhaps you can get explanation there.

His last seen status is "12 days ago" and I can no longer contact him as his profile is no longer available on Fiverr.

There was no issue with our project as I followed his instructions and he was 100% satisfied with my work.

No miscommunication at all. I completed his order on July 28 but Fiverr canceled it today.

You need to contact fiverr support.

there you have it , Fiverr usually bans users that made a chargeback for ... whatever reason . This is most likely what happened . You can contact support and ask them about what happened . In some cases Fiverr can decide to compensate you when this happens .

Exactly, this was his very first order here on Fiverr and his account was removed/deleted after a few days. But IDK why my order was canceled as it has nothing to do with that. I have sent a message to CS and hopefully they will get back to me soon.

Good News: Fiverr appealed this case on my behalf and they won the dispute. All funds are back to my account. Thank You Team FIVERR ☺️

It was due to chargeback request by the buyer but luckily  my funds are back.
