Stuck in 'verify your identity loop'

so I got a popup asking to verify my identity, so I click on ‘verify ID’, link is sent to my cellphone, but when I tap on the link provided, I am shown ‘verify your identity’ page again, stuck in a loop. Any advice on this appreciated if any experience similar.

The QR code doesn't work, and they are not sending me a text. Not that I have digital anyway to be able to do that. What a mess. Should have given us more than two weeks! Now I'm going to lose hundreds of dollars!

It's April 2024 and I still get this! How do you break this loop???
