  1. fiverr should definitely do it, as well as clarify that the seller keeps approximately only 80% of the gig price (without the service fee), because now with their "value for money" aspect we sellers are poorly rated because some buyers They think gigs are expensive, but it's because of Fiverr commissions
  2. So everyone's orders have gone down? because mine too, also the views of my gigs are less than half what they had before they made their "transparent system". Their "value of money" section still seems nonsense to me, It's like "if you think my price is high, why hire me anyway?, just go and look for the price that fits your budget"... but of course, buyers like to receive a lot for a pittance, plus They are not aware that in reality we only earn approximately 80% of what they pay.
  3. I don't know how long you can keep the revision, but you must answer something at least or the platform will understand that you are the one who "isn't responding." Yes, the buyer can cancel the order without your consent... I think you should contact support immediately so that they can give you a solution that does not leave you without payment or affects your ratings as little as possible.
  4. Clearly this is a Fiverr problem, I know that everyone advises not to be afraid of the "bad review" and to set limits and charge extra, but why should I damage my rating for this client? If a revision limit is established in the packages or personalized offers from the beginning, why does Fiverr still leave the "request revision" button active after the amount offered has run out? It is assumed that part of being on a digital platform where I pay 20% of my income, it should automatically function as a mediator, it should have a solid infrastructure where contracts are respected, and although the button will remain active, then it should Sending a notice to the client that this extra revision will cost money... I think this would be easier and fairer for everyone, clients and sellers.
  5. I also preferred to do this. I've been here for 3 years, it took me 2 years to have consecutive orders, and I've only been at level 2 for a couple of months, now everything will start to fall due to "value for money". The client does not understand this new system. It is illogical that people who rate me a 4 in that section return for more orders if my service is supposed to be expensive for them. In addition to the fact that, as others have already mentioned before, the customer accepts the price from the moment he places the order, he would not have to complain about the price if he is satisfied with the delivery. And I agree that if Fiverr wants to be "so transparent", it breaks down how much I earn from each order. Let customers know that at least 20% of my price goes to the platform.
  6. Hi, If, in addition to your bad experience, you have already confirmed that he is a bad customer, I hope you have left him the review he deserves. Unfortunately on fiverr (from my perspective) the buyer has more rights and is better protected than the sellers (although we pay most of the commissions). I have had a couple of abusive buyers who know the power of reviews on our services, even if you cancel an order because the customer is difficult and is asking for things outside of what is included, it affects you. They don't have much to lose, while we lose a lot even with a 3-star review. Hopefully fiverr improves some things for sellers, like being able to decide whether to accept an order or not.
