INQUIRY TO BECOME A LEVEL ONE SELLER

Hello! I have a general query about the level one seller. I have completed 13 orders. Among them, there are 11 reviews with 5 stars.  But I don't know why my rating isn't checked green mark. I have attached a screenshot of my analytics. Could anyone explain it to me?

For why it's not showing the rating in fully green, that could be because other than the most recent rating, the other ratings are more than 60 days ago so won't be counted in that stat. Your most recent rating is about 6 hours ago so maybe that won't be counted in that rating stat until the figures get updated, probably once every 24 hours (maybe early morning GMT).

It is, most likely it’s just a glitch. You can see a thin green line there on a bar and that means that it counts
