Question

Fiverr Sellers - I could use your help. I have had too many in a row! Buyers who go back and forth in emails with lots of questions and details, request a custom offer and then do not buy.  What do you do to streamline your gig listing to funnel the buyer to the purchase?

This question might also be asked "HOW to stop too many back and forth emails with buyer"?

Thank you in advance for any help and suggestions you have.

I've found myself in this situation, 15 people reaching out per day and not making any sale.

My recommendation.

- Improve your Gig description, let them know exactly what you need in order to review their project and what should they expect from your delivery.

- Create pre-saved messages, you can even create a message between these lines:

"Hey XXXX, how's evrerything going?

Here's all the info I'll need to review your project"

Or maybe " Hey XXXX, I'm currently overbooked"

This saves time and makes everything easier.

- Slightly increase your prices... If too many people contacts you, it might be because your prices are lower than the other sellers. By increasing your prices, you funnel potential buyers that are willing to pay the price.

Hope it works 🙂

Best,

John.
