The buyer wants payment back after completing the work.

I worked with a buyer about 3 months ago but now he came to me again on fiverr and wants to get payment back. I told him why should i give you payment back? He said i didn't work for him. But i did complete work for him and he was very satisfied and happy also he gave me a 5 star rating with possitive feedback. Now what should i do?

Nothing. Just explain that the work was done and attach a screenshot of your delivery with work being delivered there and that his order is not eligible for a refund.

You Need 1st Fix The Issue Of Your Clients,

If They Misbehave with you, you need to contact fiverr customer support, 

I hope The Problem will be solutions through fiverr support.....
