I got hacked and customer support is making impossible for me

I got hacked and customer support is making impossible for me to solve the problem, it has been more than 24hrs and they don't expand on the problem, I don't know what to do at this point, it's like if they didn't care to help. How long does someone who is a seller has to wait to get their accounts back, I have delivery's to make and not a single response from the support show any sings of me recovery the account, I tell them the email of the account and they say there is not fiverr account linked to it, of course it's not it has been hacked and they changed the phone number and email, I'm guessing that after you change your phone number and email they can withdraw without waiting any hrs like any normal service provider and they can take all the money of the account if their customer support is so useless. Anyone here know if there is another solution or a direct email to people on fiverr that can really help?
