I cannot reply to a buyer because he is unavailable as a seller

Hello guys!

Today a buyer asked some info regarding my gig but Fiverr does not let me reply to this buyer because he is unavailable as a seller.

Is there any way to reply?

And if I don't manage to reply, is this going to effect my response time rating?

Yes, so you need to report it as spam or contact customer support.
