No clue. The feature was introduced as a temporary measure. Maybe Fiverr has decided it’s no longer needed or no longer useful. Or maybe you no longer qualify?

This is a question for Fiverr Customer Support, I think.

ok thanks for your answer

It’s happened to me after one of the orders was canceled by customer support. But after two weeks I got it back. I contacted CS, and they couldn’t help.

After that, some more orders were canceled but I still have the feature. The cash advance provided not by Fiverr exactly but from another service. So it may be some bug in the connection between that service and the Fiverr website.

Was any of your orders recently canceled? Or maybe you got some negative rating before the Cash Advance disappeared?

What is the cash advanced actually is ?

It is a feature based on your selling history where Fiverr will loan you money before you have earned it.

Fiverr gets the money back by taking a percentage of your future earnings over and above the typical 20% commission Fiverr already takes out of your earnings.

I think the reason some sellers lose the feature is that their earnings may not be as steady as Fiverr wants them to be.

It is explained here. Fiverr does take 40% of the price of your gig until the loan is paid back. But it says they do not charge interest.

So, is this your second cash advance?

Does anyone know when will the 2nd cash advance appear again?
I've covered all my debt in the earlier cash advance last week, but I have no idea why the button seems gone.
I have contacted Fiverr Customer Support and I hope they can help me, because I think my revenue is stable enough to get this feature again.

After I paid my 1st cash advance, the cash advance button appeared right away.

I have used the cash advance multiple times.  It has always reappeared for me.  Then, this last time, it didn't appear.  No cancellations.  No negative reviews.  No major change in work flow.  I contacted Fiverr and they said if I was eligible for the "program" I would see the button appear.  There seems to be no rhyme or reason to this program.  It feels to me like they have a certain number of people (or money) they are willing to support with the program.  When they hit that number, I bet everyone else is locked out until other loans are fully paid back.  I bet I am on a waiting list in Fiverr's system.  It's so random.  And unfair!  I've been a top rated seller for years and have all positive reviews.  It's like Fiverr doesn't care.

If you're a top rated seller with great reviews, then why would you need a loan in the first place?

I don't understand why would you need a loan 3 times. I get it once, to set up your freelancing business... But relying on Fiverr's loans for anything other than that is not that ok.

I suggest you focus on growing your freelance business. Cash Advance is a feature designed to be used ONCE in order to acquire everything you need to set up or improve your freelance business. Using it as a payday loan is definitely not what Fiverr intended.
