It says that it can explain the details here on fiverr, but that he can on discord

If he can explain details on Discord but not on Fiverr, it's very possible that he wants to scam you, ask you to do something illegal, or both. Politely inform the buyer that you're only able to communicate with them through Fiverr, and if that doesn't work for them, you're truly sorry, but you can't help them.

At first I tell them about fiverr rules about communicating outside. I try to make them understand that we can discuss here on fiverr and it's better for both of us. If the buyer understand me then it's good, if he doesn't then i don't reply or chat with him/her anymore.
