Ranking down day by day

Hello,
I don’t know whats going on with my main gig which is best seller gig and whats going on with my profile ranking its going down day by day, i am really very tensed and now getting frustrated with this situation happening to me. my ranking was 4.9 then after 1 bad review its decrease to 4.7 and after that it decreasing automatically and goes to 4.4…
please help me i am so tensed 😐

From what I see it’s a 4.5, which is still a good rank I think. Don’t panic. You state that there was a communication problem in your response to the 1*, so you’ve already addressed the poor review.

Solution is to complete more orders with five stars. Not sure what else you are expecting.

Your ranking depends on your performance and now your performance is not the best after that review and now more sellers with better stats than yours was put in search in front of you. Better performance = better ranking
