Please how can I complain to Fiverr? It’s been more than 24hours now and my gig video hasn’t being approved yet by Fiverr

Mostly it’s the issue with the file size of the video. I had the same problem with my video for more than 48hr.
Here is the solution, Reduce the file size of your video below 12MB, Rename and Reupload. Delete the old one. It will work within 15-30min but wait for 1hr max. If it didn’t work, then again try reducing your file size.
