Your answer led me to look up my Fiverr CS requests. It turns out I asked CS to cancel the orders where the buyer went AWOL, not extend the time. :roll_eyes:

I am sorry for spreading false information. 🥴

The good news is that when I requested the cancellation through CS and not through the resolution center, it did not affect my stats. 😄
