Using Paid Promote Ada violate / against Fiverr TOS?

Hello all Fiverr Seller.
I have a questions about using a paid promote ads.
I have a plan to use some third party paid promote ads like Google AdWords or Facebook ads.
Is this violate against Fiverr TOS if I used it?
And is it okay to promote our profile page, for example in my Case to promote : www.fiverr.com/gunawanguan in this google ads?

If someone has an experience with using a paid promote ads, i Will be grateful if you want to share something.

Google ads are prohibited; you will have your account banned. Social promotion is allowed, but search engine ads are against TOS.
