salman_smart Posted August 13, 2018 Share Posted August 13, 2018 I am getting this when i am trying to send buyer requests “You must have at least 90% positive rating to make new offers!”…I have 4.4 star ratings and that makes 90%.still i can’t send buyer requests.Please let me know what I can do.
