I am wondering how I charge for shipping. If I am not supposed to ask the customers to pay me thru PayPal or anything other than thru fiverr. How would I collect the extra?

please help, buyer placed an order but was not prompted to pay the shipping fee. How can we modify the order so that he pays me the shipping.

Shipping is ONLY for physical items that you are selling. Offering shipping on anything else is not allowed. You can add shipping at the bottom of the gig.

Does anyone know when the shipping fee’s will be received into our account. For example, for gig’s that are sold, there is 14 days before they release payment but what about for the shipping costs as that is something we need to pay upfront. Is that collected and paid to our account right away?

Does anyone know how much is the percentage Fiverr takes from shipping?

I charge 1,60$ for shipping but in my “Revenues” the amount total is 5,6$ …

And I can see in the Order that the buyer has to pay 2$ for shipping.

How can I get the full shipping fee? thx
