Alright guys here comes some home made, mom made and healthy stuff from the house of a middle class foody.

The first one in our list is Dal chawal.

Dal is a lentil soup and chawal is steamed rice. They are mixed together and we mostly eat them with bare hands. I haven’t put much Dal in the plate as you can see in picture. This image is captured by me but I’ll add one internet image to better understand this dish. Here we go,

We have like 10 types of Dal.

The second dish from my home which made it to this list is Paneer Tikka.

I took this one in low light. This dish is made with Paneer (Indian form of cheese?) and some gravy made with some masala. It’s eaten with naan, chapati or tandoori roti. Of course we are adding one internet image with this.

I hope you like this two random dishes from two random regions of India. I also hope you get hungry while reading this at midnight and don’t have any food in fridge. evil smile
