  1. If I start mentioning every bug, the list will probably never end but I will try my best to name some. And I am aware that I am posting this in the 'Lounge' and not the 'Feedback' category because I have no hopes that Fiverr will even look at these issues and try to solve them. Some bugs have been there for more than 3 years, but still no resolution -- so, cough cough, no words to say anything. 1. Data of Promoted Gigs not updating: That's a different story as to how 80% of clicks through promoted gigs are just spam but today, my promoted gigs have stopped updating the data. For the past 9 hours, the same data has been visible and it's not updating. So, I have no clue how much I am spending, and due to the fear of getting a long bill of 1 million dollars (lmao, can't trust that I don't see a bug with billing), I have stopped promoting gigs until this issue is fixed. 2. I wrote a ticket to customer support to take a look at this issue of not updating Promoted gigs data -- and after a few minutes, I received this super-cute reply: just a single letter "s". And the best part is that on the Help Center website, there is no response visible at all, like nobody replied to my ticket. Bruh, what the hell is going on with Fiverr? I have no clue whether someone has replied, not replied, or just replied with this spam (spam from customer support, wow). 3. Whenever we keep our Fiverr app running in the background and open it again, this is what iPhone users see: nothing much but just a heart attack that they are banned from the platform. So, if you're owning an iPhone, good luck my friend, and don't forget to clear the app from 'Recent apps' every time. Apple was so proud that their phones don't lag even when you keep running multiple apps in the background that they didn't even release a 'close all' button -- but now, keep playing with this closing and opening game. And yes, my Fiverr app is fully updated, so please do not suggest updating the app. Not just me, but many iPhone users are facing this bug. 4. The new level system was launched on February 14 (the day of love) for all sellers, but if you go to your Analytics tab, you will see this message. Don't tell me that a billion-dollar company has a shortage of website developers that they do not even have time for 20 seconds to delete a few lines of code and remove this message from here. Bruh, if your website developers do not have time, then why don't you just go ahead and hire a $5 gig from your own platform so that someone else can remove it. It's been almost two months! Please do something and don't ruin the 'User experience'! 🙂🙂 5. No profile picture in order history for specific clients: I get it that it's not a big deal, but this bug has been there for the past ~3 years (since I joined the platform). Ever heard of 'User Experience'? And not to mention how hard it is to navigate/search the orders from the history. Can't you just give a 'notes' headline instead of just showing the repetitive gig name? That gig name means nothing to me and does not help in finding any order from the history. 6. Deliveries auto-changing the messages: No matter what you write in the delivery message box, after entering it, it will just change to a completely random text. I think this was fixed yesterday, but still, I would LOVE to count it in my list. Imagine how many sellers & buyers suffered from the headache and confusion due to this. Read more about this bug here: 7. Just now, someone posted that a buyer managed to bypass the 'Request to Order'. I hope that Fiverr is not launching a new tier: "Seller Plus: Double Premium," which ensures that you won't face bugs in RTO. Read about this here: 8. Lots and lots of bugs in custom offers that we faced last to last week. Custom offers were auto-expiring, there was no option of gig extras, and so on. Can't even mention all those countless bugs with custom offers. 9. The 'Online' and 'Last Seen' feature is completely bugged in the inbox. This bug has been there for the past 2-3 years at least (or maybe more), and imagine the awesome feeling of texting with the client and still, it shows you that the client was last seen 3 hours ago, lmao! 10. And countless more bugs (that are currently fixed but sometimes occur) --- such as wrong order queue number, notifications not working, and so on.
  2. There was a bug on the order page today, which was asking buyer's rating to be re-submitted and then showing seller's rating for the order incorrectly too. Seems like now they have rectified it. 😇 But it legit gave me a MINI HEART ATTACK today!!
  3. Hello. I wish to direct this post to @Lena. The attached image shows a summary of my order cancellations history. My order completions to order cancellations ratio is 247:14. However, 13 out of these cancellations happened due to mistakes or changes of heart of buyers. Proving this fact, Fiverr either kept my order completion rate at 100% or reverted my order completion rate to 100% in these instances. Hence, my actual order completions to order cancellations ratio is as low as 247:1. Considering I am responsible for only one order cancellation, here are my actual order completions to order cancellations ratios of my gigs. Business Names and Slogans - 213:1 YouTube Channel Names - 17:0 Deleted Gigs - 17:0 However, after the new level system went live, I received a Strong Negative Impact status on Order Cancellations for my two active gigs. This forum post is enough to prove there is a bug in the order cancellations calculation. Any sellers who work hard to deliver quality work to their clients, preventing order cancellations arising from client dissatisfaction, should not face injustices like this. I wish to know when Fiverr will be addressing this issue and changing my erroneously given Order Cancellations status from Strong Negative Impact to Strong Positive Impact in my two active gigs.   4. I would like to get some answers from experienced people. Not along the "spam your gig on social media..." kind of stuff, but something really useful and weighty. I have great thumbnails, maximum number of gigs, each one has an optimized description and has a FAQ section. These gigs are in no way less than the competition in terms of gig quality or portfolio. I have experimented with different keywords, both with small competition and large ones. The last two gig I created, one of which was made in a very low-competence niche, collected 3 clicks in the whole time. This seems like a nonsense to me, because at least other beginners would be interested in looking at the gigs of their own competitors. And this strange number of 3 clicks cannot be explained in any way. Rather it seems to be a system limitation or that clicks are simply not counted by the system. So I want help from experienced people and professionals who have faced or are familiar with this problem and can give meaningful and really useful advice

  6. I disagree with this. Everyone has something and the great disappointment with the modern education system around the world is that it does not prioritize finding that thing that any one individual has. The modern education system is, of course, a relic based on the needs of factory owners in the early 20th century; designed to bring up generations of obedient people who didn't question authority and who had some basic general knowledge. Yes, it has evolved since then, but only because higher education has become a cash cow for greedy elites. But that's another story. We all have something, and we should all be supported in finding that something. However, the world as it is today will never support this. It is governed by money and the need to feed into a system that works on money alone - breaking out of it is very tough. In any case, the whole influencer thing, which is really how the social media/video thing works, is not,obviously, going to work for anyone. Not even micro-influencers. You need a certain skill set. Expertise is a minor thing you can add. We all know that anyone can fake expertise or borrow other people's expertise. The important thing is to sell the illusion and convince people, whether that's advertisers or your fawning audience. EDIT: I struggle to understand why this post was approved but my prior one, which said much the same thing albeit through the lens of social media's destruction of the younger generations minds didn't. I also struggle to see why these posts are somehow more approvable than the... 20-odd other posts I've made in this specific post that have been deleted? Or that the topic I made on this very topic prior to Smash was deleted? Help me to understand you and what you want, so I can post top-notch content, rather than just throwing words at a wall and wondering what's OK and what's not. You might want to fix that editing posts doesn't get the post re-hidden, too. Just sayin'. Seems like a loophole someone could take advantage of. Would you like me to look it up in the documentation for the forum software for you? It certainly helped with the double-posting bug, not that I heard a thanks for that, but I'll let it slide other than mentioning it lots of times.
  7. This is the whole digital marketing hustle/influencer culture at the moment. In the quitting video, you can see it in action. She gives the basic strategy: as soon as you have a little experience, start selling digital products and influencing people. It's a modern-day pyramid scheme that requires a certain "cult of celebrity" to work, and, not to put to fine a point on it, requires a certain kind of personality and looks. The thing that worries me is that generations of people are growing up believing that this is a viable career choice. It is, but it's like any other career that depends on fame and fortune. It's not one where just hard work will get you anywhere. Surely this is OK to approve. EDIT: just so anyone knows, 95% of my posts are being not approved at the moment on any subject I write. This includes on topic and helpful comments. I've made approximately 20 - 30 posts on here, and this is, I think the only one visible. I also made a post on this very subject last night before smash did. Didn't reveal the name of the person. Said pretty much the same stuff. I've said stuff under here. Let me just add that McDonald's is a real estate empire. They make a huge amount from real estate. It's not the burgers. That's like the front. Anyway, it's comments like these - adding extra information to a conversation that mysteriously get deleted. Why? I don't know. For example, in a comment further along in this discussion, I mentioned how digital marketing is often more of a celebrity thing based on a loose pyramid scheme that is wholly dependent on gaming algorithms - algorithms which often affect impressionable people and which are developed by social media companies who care about profits, not people. Visual Studios is right to find the business model iffy - it's socially damaging. Didn't mention Fiverr. Deleted. But if you post it, it's fine. The not-really-a-mystery at all continues. At least they fixed the double post hidden post issue. I told them in another deleted comment that the issue was a plugin. Few hours later, repeated. No thanks, of course. I'm making an assumption that I helped to fix it. They're not terribly interested in the other (less visual) bug I've found, too. Go figure.
  8. Thanks for commenting on my status. I hope you can help me to figure out why this decision is final without giving me clear evidence. According to Fiverr responses, my account has been flagged due to location inconsistencies or other activities indicating a connection to violations of our Terms of Service. They also said that my account was connected to another disabled account. This decision was suddenly announced and didn't attach or provide any clear evidence even though I have emailed so many times to have the issue thoroughly explained. I strongly confirm that I only have 1 account, the one and the only. They should present clear evidence before making a final decision. The following are my arguments about these baseless accusations, and I think this is a BUG or AI fault: 1. Location inconsistencies: I don't know why I get this violation but I can make sure that I only work in 1 location in the last 3 years working on Fiverr. Even when I have traveled a lot. I don't ever take my work equipment with me while traveling. I am almost sure this is a BUG. They can show evidence if they trạcked the location of all my devices. If I used a fake IP or something, my account would have been banned for so long, not now when the new level system appeared. If you are saying because I have traveled a lot and this is the reason, that means I can't even go abroad or travel while working on Fiverr??? 2. My account was connected to another disabled account: I CONFIRM THAT I ONLY YOU 1 ACCOUNT SINCE I STARTED TO WORK ON FIVER. Many random reasons can lead my account to that disabled account. I have mentioned in the emails and I will repeat below: - Public wifi - Buy and sell used equipment: Not everyone can afford new equipment, especially in Asia. I have bought an old iPad and I don't know if this makes me get a violation. - My Macbook and iPhone were stolen by a thief. In 2023, a thief broke into my house and took everything I had. I don't even know if that account is seller or buyer or what it is. That's why I want to complain and I want them to recover my account level. If they have reviewed my account carefully, THEY MUST HAVE EVIDENCES TO SHOW ME. If I had done anything wrong, they must have banned my account for so long, not now. I have been working on Fiverr for 3 years and there are no problems occurred. My account has been flagged since new-level systems appeared. I want to negotiate and get my account back. This account is my life, my passion and I have tried to work so hard for it. Thank you!!!
  9. Well, this will happen if there's an arbitrary 2 week pre-approval process set on people's posts and the posts also all double post. Is this a feature or a bug? Invision - or its users - seems to think its users clicking a lot which definitely isn't the case here (and God, what IS that example forum about?!?!). Anyway, their best guess is "it's plugins". Something's definitely broken though, because it takes about 2-3 minutes of "page loading" for the comment to hidden-post, and then you get the Fiverr is down 😞 page that suggests the whole site has crashed and burned. Since I can definitely replicate this with this comment, I'll paste a screenshot in an edit. If I remember, because I'm going to go and find some other post to speak my brains on rather than wait 5 hours for the forum to detect bad content and crash. I may be the most helpful person under an extended 2-week hidden period ever. Although it's probably a waste of time pointing this out, since not even Invision appears to care that their software is a bit broken.
  10. From time to time I will open the app and see this. Each and every time it gives me a heart attack! It goes away if I quit and re-open the app (this is on an iPhone 15 Pro Max, latest app version and latest OS). Thanks Andy
  11. i was done making my gig, i finished all the steps and i clicked publish gig but all it does is load. i'm new to fiverr and i dont know if its a bug or just me

So I had one of those buyers who ask for Y, purchase an order for Y, are told throughout the entire order we're developing Y and, after delivery, that buyer requests additional Z (not wanting to pay extra). After realizing I was never supposed to deliver Z, but only Y, the buyer gave up and simply accepted the delivery, leaving a 1 star review. The problem was: the buyer left a review saying my code was buggy. The delivered code on the platform is completely free of bugs, which Fiverr or anyone can verify, but after reaching out to the support Fiverr insists it's an opinion. Saying I'm not communicative enough, or that I don't have great design taste, that's an opinion. Saying I delivered a buggy code, while the code is literally there without 1 single bug, it's a factually false statement. This isn't a subjective opinion, it's a factual lie, also called defamation, and anyone trying to say otherwise has literally 0 idea of the difference between a fact and an opinion. They also insist this review doesn't violate their Terms of Service and Community Rules. I guess we're all allowed to lie on facts and call it an opinion. We all know how Fiverr favors buyer all the time, just be safe out there.
  13. There is NO bug - they simply fixed the stats because we asked but cancellations affect the gig performance independently and quite violently!! They were always impacting us but now at least we can see and we know.

  15. Hey folks, I've noticed a weird bug with the Fiverr app in recent weeks and thought it would be good to share. I initially thought this bug was due to me using an old phone but it still happens on a brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max so time to report! When I get a message from my customers I always get two notifications one for the messages and then one in my "profile" tab. This is annoying in itself, however when I reply to my message and close the app, the notification remains until I open the app again and THEN it disapears. It's super weird and frustrating. Hope you can fix. (I'll try and get a video or something the next time it happens!)
  16. Hey there everyone. I need your help. Remember how you need to give an english test before publishing gig. The other day i made an account and when i took the test. An error showed up that you cannot give this test. I went back and clicked again. This time it allowed me to give the test. Scored 7.0 in the test and the moment i completed the test and clicked complete. The following showed up which i have attached in the image. What is this? This is the third time some kind of issue is happening to me. Why?? Contacted fiver support on email but no right response whatsoever!

  18. It doesn't pop up for me until i click the Green Fiverr button that always stays in the right bottom corner. Maybe its a bug of some kind. Try reporting it to CS.
  19. I am an iPhone user and facing a bug in the mobile app. It's showing me that I do not have any level, but I am a Level 2 seller with a Success Score of 9. On Desktop, the stats are showing fine, and I am only facing this bug in the mobile app. I also checked the App Store, and the app is fully updated. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? @Kesha Can you please take a look? UPDATE: Just after posting this topic, it's solved now. I am able to access the level on the mobile app. But can you please stop giving us (sellers) heart attacks? I was driving when I opened my app, and for a second, I thought that I am flagged or banned. Things could have gone way too wrong due to Fiverr's irresponsibilities and bugs. I hope you will understand @Kesha. Can you please pass this issue to the Fiverr higher management? This is not the first time sellers have faced this bug.

  22. Wanted to know that is anyone facing this bug on their Fiverr App? Or I am the only one having this bug? I know that the new level system has been finally rolled out but then why this bug? My desktop version is absolutely fine means no issue like I can see the stats there.. but Fiverr App..
