  1. You are not allowed to share/mention the username of any seller/buyer here. You are violating the Forum Rule 6. If you have any issues with the sellers/buyers then contact Fiverr Support. Only they can take actions against them. @milos_siena or @ana_tomy Kindly remove/hide the username of the seller/buyer mentioned by OP. Thanks.
  2. Regarding flagged account, you need to contact Fiverr Support. Only they can help you with account-related issues. 80% of the sellers are facing this issue so only solution is to contact Fiverr Support as we the sellers cannot help you in this regard.
  3. I still have not deleted my 2 paused gigs and other gigs that sells poorly.. So I am not sure that my overall success score will be affected or not if I delete them. Currently it's 10 so I am not taking any risk for a while. But you know it's an era of AI so anything is possible like success score can be dropped if I delete those gigs.. Who knows? But the problem is Fiverr Support is not gonna help or guide us in this regard.

  8. Why the buyer's unresponsiveness behavior should affect the seller's success scores? This is not fair.. Auto-completed orders should not be included in calculating the success scores.

  13. This is not effective anymore on Fiverr. It's for Old Level System. According to New Level System, you are allowed to create only 4 gigs because you are a Level 0/New Seller.   14. I can see that staying online since July 2021 has led you to get only 4 orders. It's useless to stay online if you think you will get orders or impressions will increase. Impression is actually related to your gig and it also tells you the performance of your gig. If your impressions are not increasing then something is wrong with your gig i.e. gig gallery is not impressive enough to grab buyer's attention. I am referring to gig gallery (not portfolio).
  15. If one gig is in the drafts mode then you are trying to create 5th gig which won't work. Delete the gig from the drafts then
  16. Go to your PlayStore or AppStore.. Update "Fiverr App" again.. Then login again.. Afterwards, it will be fixed.

  18. Oh.. Thank you for this.. I am using Google Chrome browser.. Which browser did you use to check this (decimals)? This is why I am confused as both ratings are different..
  19. Then what exactly should we follow or focus on? Ratings: Dashboard one or Profile? I know we should maintain both ratings very well but still which one is important? I don't have 4.9XX*. I can see 4.9* only.
  20. This is why I have recommended you to contact Fiverr Support. Only they can help you with account-related issues. Very very few accounts have been restored but you should still contact them. It's not a general issue, you have made violations that's why it happened.
  21. Wondering one thing that why the dashboard (mine) is showing 5* rating but the profile is showing 4.9*? I don't know what should I follow?

  23. Did you even read the message carefully? It states that "As a result, you are not able to participate in the level system". It means that your level won't be up (level 2) because of your flagged account. Contact Fiverr Support and discuss with them.
