  1. Only way is to contact Fiverr Support for it. We, the sellers on the Forum cannot guide you regarding account-related issues.

  3. Well that's not a right thing to do. However it is better to discuss with Fiverr Support. They'll guide you better. Different personal details (on Fiverr) will definitely affect your account as it's sort of misleading.

If your case is really strong and have solid evidences/proof that you have completed the tasks according to your buyer's requirement then Fiverr Support might consider your case and reimburse you (if buyer really cancels the order). Fiverr takes care of their sellers too but less than buyers. It's the fact. But it all depends on the case.

  8. 2 Points: Have you tried to click on "Try Again"? Check if the profile of that buyer is still active on Fiverr. P.S. You are not allowed to share the username of your buyer/seller here on the Forum as it's a violation of Forum Rules. Kindly hide the username if you still have an access to edit your thread.
  9. Reason of account being flagged? From what I see, is it "Feedback Boosting Violation"? Otherwise contact Fiverr Support and ask for the reason/explanation. Because account related issues cannot be resolved here on the Forum.

  17. Wait.. which QR Code are you referring to? Did you scan QR code via buyer's message? If yes, then it was a scam. Check if your seller account is approved. If it is approved then contact Fiverr Support and discuss with them.

  19. I always have to deal with these type of buyers every month. Usually after discussing the project, I always inform them beforehand that it will be done tomorrow morning (my time) or within 24 hours if I really have no task to do. If they're in hurry then I refuse them politely. But whenever I do their projects, they always leave a good tip. For instance, I just delivered an order 2-3 hours ago and it was an urgent task. Buyer wanted to deliver the project within 3 hours. That task was out of my scope but I did my best and completed it. In the end, buyer gave me a good amount of tip.
