  1. After more than 6 months, the gig promotions were activated yesterday, but this was only for 24 hours, why is that? I have the orders delivered on time, the profile at 100% (response time, on-time deliveries, etc.) and a 5-star rating. I didn't have any new reviews yesterday, I just delivered an order (which the client didn't see yet and therefore didn't approve). What could be the reason why my profile and gigs are now again show as "Unqualified"? 🙃 It seems like a joke... I've been up all night so I don't even get late with the questions! my response time is within 1 hour (it's been like this for a year)... I'm looking for ideas, suggestions, tips and to know if the same thing happened to someone else and how they managed to solve it. Thank you!

Not sure if Fiverr changed something again in the past months but seems like some of the harsh implementations that were setting accounts back (private reviews, usual analytics decrease) are a bit less strict, as revamps seem to be happening quicker than before. It could be only my impression but I didn't see any new communications on new updates to that-
  5. As long as you don't work with each other to increase the number of yours orders, you're not penalized.
  6. I thought the Briefs no longer existed! I haven't received one for over 5 months (and it's still active).

  8. what if the not so good private review comes after 50 good ones? this is what i think happened to me, a particularly difficult client, with an orientation to conflict and misunderstandings, very rude and confusing with the revisions, so the option is to cancel, which also hurts the impressions, or try to give the best possible service given the situation. His public review was already a bit harsh, but immediately after his order was finished I stopped receiving new messages, it was almost day and night, so my take on it was that he left a bad private review (actually when I asked support they kinda confirmed). This is where I also think the system is not fair, seems like it's not making any averages, it just takes the bad and punish you for it.

My main frustration is that there seems to be too many reasons to punish the seller: 1- You have one cancellations (1 out of 10/20 orders) & it completely kills impressions - obviously I’m not sure about the statistics, but seems reasonable to have possibly one cancellation out of that many orders (I got more cancellations due to clients double ordering than for a valid reason), so this piece of the algorithm feels very unfair. 2- Delayed orders (extending delivering time or actually delivering late): both are not similar situations and yet seems like they’re being punished in the same level of severity. Some can argue that having too many orders at once could be an opportunity to either slow down or maybe scale up, but those are not easy decisions, and you can’t just decide to create a company or ask people to work with you because one month you received more orders than usual. 3- Slowing down: this is something I can’t actually confirm but I have the feeling that it’s also being punished. I tend to accept most of the orders that knock my door, i know that it keeps the wheel of impressions rolling, but I noticed some slow downs when i reject clients because i simply can’t do what they want - as i only reject around 15% of leads, I can’t be sure about this, but usually immediately after rejecting a new customer’s request, i find that the amount of new requests i receive (new messages) slow down for 1 to 2 days.

  14. Unfortunately there is not much we can do, they know there are not too many options apart from Payoneer. Maybe in the new suggestions and ideas section you can propose to add more payment methods?
