For some categories, Fiverr has set some prices like for WordPress, $80 should be the starting price. So follow whatever Fiverr has asked you to do.. Else your gig won't be published or your gig won't be able to get impressions or clicks. So better to set the price suggested by Fiverr. By the way, which category are you trying?

Who told you that Seller Plus will help you in getting orders? Or where is it written like that? It does not work like that way.. You need to learn more about the Seller Plus I guess. Each Seller Plus plan has their own benefits and features but it's not all about the orders. You are a Digital Marketing Expert so have you ever tried to use your expertise for your own gigs? I'll highly encourage you to work on your gigs.. mainly gig galleries of all gigs because those images are not good enough to grab buyer's attention.

No. You need to deactivate your one account and use the other account for freelancing purpose. You can use one account for all the reasons i.e. buying services, selling services, all categories/niches etc. So contact Fiverr Support and discuss with them. And it'd be a lot better if you start reading the Fiverr's TOS.

It's common. Get used to it but never ever share your personal details with anyone else on Fiverr else you will be in a huge trouble.

Hi too Yes, it's a scam. Kindly avoid clicking on the suspicious links and providing bank/payment details because Fiverr won't ask for these details like this.. Report that buyer immediately.

Hi too Why have you contacted Fiverr Support regarding your review issue? It should be done by buyer only.. not you as a seller else Fiverr's system will consider it a review manipulation. Hence, your account will be in trouble (means account suspension). Should not have done that.. Fiverr's Support is really slow these days and probably it's weekend that's might be the another reason of their being slow? In my case, they usually respond within 4-5 hours.. sometimes 6-7 hours even I am not a Seller Plus member or TRS.

Even Fiverr allows you to create another account, sooner or later, that account will be disabled and the reason will be linking of your account with the old one if they allow you to create it. So better to not take the risk. Forget your competitor for now. Focus on improving your existing account. Create more gigs and then see the results.

Unfortunately, you cannot create another account because it's a violation to create a 2nd Fiverr account so avoid it. That means you will have to stick with the current account and optimize it further. You can create more gigs if you have any other skills. Add more about yourself in "Personal Description". Improve gig gallery and gig description as well if your gig is not getting good impressions and clicks.

Why are you misguiding others when you have zero knowledge on Fiverr? Don't you know that to create a 2nd Fiverr is actually a violation of TOS? Did you really use the fake information on your profile or pose as another person like the Jenna (Fiverr CS) mentioned in her response to you? If you really did then you are one for (account will really be disabled after 60 days). If not, then get yourself verified again and prove them with the evidences. Contact Fiverr Support again but using the existing ticket. Do not create another/new ticket on the same issue.

Forget it for now. But next time, avoid reporting sellers on Fiverr if they send you a custom offer or Hi messages or even they have used your copyrighted stuff because reporting sellers/buyers will always put us (sellers) in trouble. Just put their messages to the Spam. Good Luck!

Fiverr won't give you the answer of your question i.e. phone number which you have used before because of security reasons. You must know your old phone number that was used for verification purpose before. And do not keep sending new tickets/messages to Fiverr Support else you won't be responded. Use the initial ticket for this purpose. Discuss with them again in a polite way (avoid using CAPS as it looks rude/odd). Also, avoid creating the same topic here on the Forum as well. P.S. Again saying: Avoid using CAPS.

The best solution for you is to contact Fiverr Support and discuss with them because only they can help you with your issue.

That was a scam. Avoid sharing your personal and bank details to anyone on Fiverr. Next time, if you get these type of messages, report that buyer immediately..
