  4. Hi too Sorry to hear about your bad experience but why did you provide him your bank details when you knew that sharing personal details on Fiverr is strictly prohibited? I think you have not read TOS yet. Fiverr cannot help you in this regard I guess but still contact Fiverr Support regarding it.

  15. Hi too Have you tried sending a message to the buyer via Order Page? or Have you used a "Reminder" button? If not, then do it. If your buyer remains unresponsive in next 2-3 days then contact Fiverr Support and request them to contact the buyer on your behalf.
  16. Depends. If you have repeat clients and getting orders then you can continue using it. Honestly, I have never tried Seller Plus so cannot recommend/guide you properly regarding it.
  17. It's okay. You had a bad experience at first but I hope your next experiences will be good and better on Fiverr. Just stay alert and be careful! Always read the Terms of Services and get help from Fiverr Support too if you are confused or stuck anywhere!
  18. You should have said No to that seller. Well, you should have also read the Terms of Services where it is clearly written that you are not allowed to contact anyone outside the Fiverr. So, How can Fiverr protect you when you paid your seller outside the Fiverr? And you did right by contacting Fiverr. They will take an action against your seller and nothing else can be done I guess! For your next projects, be careful and also follow the Fiverr's Rules. (Read Terms of Services again). Good Luck
  19. Your huge mistake: Why did you pay your seller outside the Fiverr when it's strictly prohibited to contact sellers/buyers outside the Fiverr? I am sorry but I think Fiverr Support is not gonna help you in this case as you took your project outside the Fiverr. Should have done everything via Fiverr. Contact Fiverr Support regarding your issue.
  20. UW has become more complex these days so Fiverr should not do the same with their users (sellers + buyers) like UW . I know our opinions are never gonna be considered in these things but still Fiverr should think about their users rather than focusing on copying others.
  21. Other platform (that starts with Freel....) is still stuck there with the bidding and hourly projects features too. It has already fixed cost projects. But I think Fiverr will launch that hourly rates feature for some specific categories (niche).

Also, it's useless to tag all the Fiverr Staff here when they are gonna tell you the same thing i.e. Fiverr Support regarding your account related issue as they are the ones who can resolve them. Your issue is gonna be resolved here on the Forum. So avoid tagging them here. Also, it's been 2 months then it means Fiverr's decision is final and your flagged account issue is not gonna be resolved ever! Sorry to say this!
