  1. Wow that does sound helpful, but I don’t think I’ve ever tried logging into fiverr except the two main devices I use, My laptop and my phone. Can’t think of anything else. I just hope its not a buyer problem. In your case, if there’s ever a buyer complaint, the seller does get notified right? Not lately no. I had someone contact support and cancel and never got any message from CS but in your case it would have to be over the amount you had in your account for them to disable withdrawals. (I did get that reversed and was paid for the sale after contacting support about it.)
  2. I did a seach on the forum for this and found some things including this:
  3. I have no idea. Just wait to hear from customer support I guess. Wish I could be more helpful. Please keep us informed.
  4. Has it been a long time since you made a sale or a withdrawal? Did you have a cancellation recently?
  5. What does it say exactly? Where is the message located? Did you have a cancellation recently?
  6. Is there some kind of message or is the payment button greyed out?
  7. No one knows why gigs disappear after editing. I’ve had it happen too recently. We should be able to edit our gigs without it affecting the placement.
  8. It’s been a long time since I thought about camera technology.
  9. It’s very hard for conventional document scanners to match the resolution and sharpness that DSLR cameras/modern smartphone cameras achieve. Scanned documents are usually grainier than photos captured with a good DSLR/smartphone camera; the chances of rejection are, therefore, higher (during the ID verification process). If, however, you think the scanned documents that you have are of good enough quality to pass the ID verification process, you can choose to use them. 🙂 I have a phone with 8 mp resolution so is that enough? It’s an fairly inexpensive Samsung.
  10. You need to use your own information to verify your fiverr account. You cannot pretend to be someone else to verify your account. It’s not up to Payoneer to tell fiverr if it’s really you. I don’t know how Payoneer will handle it however.
  11. Nowhere does fiverr mention anything about an IP or a shared IP in the terms of service. You cannot have two accounts. This has nothing to do with your IP whether or not it is shared.
  12. When I go to a hotel I am able to sign in to my fiverr account on a shared IP so I don’t see why you couldn’t share an IP with others. I also use public hotspots sometimes at Starbucks so I don’t see a problem with it.
  13. What do you mean by “shared ID”? Shared with whom?
  14. @radiojay No it doesn’t. I rarely have orders in my queue but manage to stay on top quite a bit. Yes they do come in bunches which I have always wondered about but so far, no clue, aside from the fact that I know, for a fact, fiverr is able to tightly control how many orders each seller gets at any time, from none to lots of them within an hour or two. I don’t know how. It might be some kind of promotion they do, maybe flashing your gig on the home page for a short time or even opening up more worldwide servers your gig is shown on so more people see it. It might be your gig comes up number one in search for a short period of time.
  15. Fiverr can charge anything it wants. It can even be “greedy” if it wants to. I don’t mind.
  16. What do they mean by “did you use this delivery?” In my case they don’t really use what I send them. It’s not something they use.
  17. A Galaxy S9 would take a great photo. It’s not a device problem.
  18. It may be why when I have one order in my queue I get several more quickly.
  19. That will be kind of a joke when it comes to Customer Support. Because they always issue refunds for the buyer when needed. It doesn’t matter what sellers did. because the CS always worry about money back guarantee. That has not been my experience. I would send a notice to customer support that I do not want to give refunds for any reason unless I make a serious mistake or do not deliver. I’ve done that and customer support has agreed. That is my experience, yours might be different.
