I'm also not getting orders from Fiverr I just converted a client from Facebook into Fiverr 3 months ago. My suggestion is to send a time extension request to your client it will help you to avoid late delivery after that send a message to your client and say that as you won't respond to my message I send you a time extension request to avoid late delivery when you're online please accept the time extension request after that if you don't have any revisions on my project you can tell me then I will submit my project for the delivery. I suggest this method because some clients don't like it and give bad review when you deliver the project without client permission.

Fiverr doesn't allow instant to set a video thumbnail when you upload a video on your gig it goes into the Fiverr review process when Fiverr review your video and accept the video they enable an option to set a thumbnail from your video frame my suggestion is to add your gig thumbnail at the end of your video and set the thumbnail from the video when Fiverr allow you to set thumbnail from video frame. You can find the thumbnail video frame set option on the gallery page where you upload the video but remember that it will be visible when the Fiverr team accept your video.

No one can say that gig editing is harmful or not it depends on the way you edit your gig and it depends on the Fiverr algorithms let's say you edit your gig for improvement after that you see that your gig getting low impressions and low clicks it means you made mistake while editing for example: 1. You put negative keywords 2. Gig images are not good 3. The gig title is not SEO friendly and services friendly 4. Gig description is not SEO-friendly and it's unreadable because of grammar mistakes And many more. The best practice is to research your service before editing your gig.
