  1. So why you are not getting order?
  2. I checked your gig portfolio, and it's good, but you need to work on your gig image, title, description, and gig keywords. Do some research about your niche. Check how your competitors make their gigs, get ideas, and make your gig better than your competitors.
  3. There is no gig in your profile, so how can we help you without knowing the quality of your gig?
  4. As far as I know, success scores depend on these points: The number of gigs you have. Order performance, for example, 'Impressions, clicks, reviews, client communication, and hidden reviews.' I might be wrong, but based on my experience, I'm sharing this.
  5. @Lena Please review this matter and assist in resolving it if possible. Thanks!
  6. What he has to know and try, could you please explain it more briefly? If you can't, then please avoid commenting on these kinds of things because these comments are not helpful at all.
  7. He clearly stated everything in the comment, which I have mentioned again here. Please read his comments and ask him if there is anything you want to know from him. 😊
  8. I personally know him; he works outside of the marketplace. He joined Fiverr in November 2022, but he doesn't maintain his marketplace profile properly. I also work with him on his projects sometimes, and basically, we both work outside of the marketplace. I hope that you understand. 😊
  9. Whether it is worth it or not depends on your interest. However, there is no guarantee that Seller Plus will increase your sales. Based on my personal experience, subscribing to Seller Plus resulted in more impressions, and my gigs ranked higher for popular keywords related to my services. On the downside, when I unsubscribed from Seller Plus, all of my gigs were deranked. Despite contacting Fiverr Support about the issue, they insisted there was no problem with my gigs, But still my all gig deranked.
  10. I really don't understand your logic because in your first comment, you say that you're not getting good results using the gig promotion option, and now you're saying that there is no other way for you to survive in the marketplace. Tell me, what is the connection between gig promotion and your marketplace survival? If you're not benefiting from the gig promotion, then turn it off. Why are you investing your money if your freelance business is consistently running at a loss? If I were in your position, I would turn it off and try to find a different way to grow my business on Fiverr. You might be thinking Fiverr gig promotion is a money maker, that if you turn it on, you will get hundreds and thousands of orders in a month. But it really doesn't work like that. Fiverr gig promotion option is like Google Ads. In Google Ads, we have to optimize our ads before publishing them so that they perform well in search engines. Similarly, in Fiverr, gig promotion also works like that. We have to optimize our gig services and other things to make our ads work well. Fiverr doesn't promise to give you orders via the gig promotion option. It allows you to show your gig in relevant client search results so that if clients like your services, they can purchase your services. I hope you understand. My suggestion is to do some more research. I know you're going to visit my Fiverr profile to see if I'm selling enough or not, but to be honest with you, it has been one year since I last got sales. I just completed an order four months ago, which I converted my social media client into a Fiverr client. But that doesn't mean I'm not working. I'm still working outside of the marketplace because I know if I give my best on Fiverr and don't get any benefits, then wasting time here is not good for my future. So, I work outside of the marketplace, but I'm still working hard to grow on Fiverr. I hope you understand. Thanks.
  11. If you're not benefited by the gig promotion option, then why have you been investing your money for the last 3 years?
  12. Please double-check your phone number to ensure there are no mistakes. If your phone number is correct, try adding the country code before it and request the verification code again. If you still don't receive the OTP, please contact the Fiverr Customer Support Team.

  14. Staying online doesn't give you order or rank, so don't spread the wrong thing.
  15. Try these methods; I hope they will help you: Clear your browser cookies and try again. If it doesn't work, proceed to step two. Reinstall your browser or try using another browser. If the problem persists, proceed to step three. Double-check that your email or phone number is correct. If everything is in order but you are still facing issues, please contact Fiverr Customer Support.
  16. I checked your Fiverr profile, but the funny part is that you're not following any of the things you mentioned here. Additionally, you don't have a single review. If we ignore the review part, there are still several things I notice that you should address with your Fiverr gig. Before advising others, please make sure to follow the same principles that you mention or advise for other people.
  17. I'm from Bangladesh. I'm also a Web Designer and UI/UX Designer. However, in my over three years of professional experience, I have never heard of this company's name anywhere. Additionally, your post appears to be promotional. Please note that the Fiverr forum is not intended for promotion. Kindly refrain from posting promotional content here. If you believe your company is professional, avoid doing so in the future.
  18. There are already many topics based on this, so use the Fiverr forum search option instead of creating a new topic.
