  1. Hi @nirvul, I'm not sure what you you mean by this. However, I'll share a fun fact with you! If you add skills to your profile here (see below), you give your buyers opportunity to leave your gig. Each skill can be "clicked" on by a buyer, leading them to 16 other sellers offering the same services as you. Since I have 11 skills listed, I'm giving my buyers an opportunity to work with 176 other sellers (11x16=176) who may be my competition. I think @donnovan86 mentioned that he found himself in that list (which is comprised of the best talents Fiverr has to offer in those categories). However, I've never found myself in that list (which probably means I've got to step up my game)!
  2. This is a repeat topic. Please continue conversations on this thread here:
  3. Hi @mynul_ - Buyer Requests are being discontinued and replaced with Buyer Brief. It's not worth it to spend any more time on Buyer Requests. It has been discontinued for many sellers already and will soon be completely gone for all sellers. To make the most out of Buyer Briefs, please make sure the "Get briefs" feature is turn on from your Gig page.
  4. I got zero briefs when I set the minimum price at $50. Now I get 10/day with it set to $200. I think your gig prices are weighed more heavily than this minimum "Get brief" price. Especially for those "flexible" briefs that @vickiespencer mentioned.

    Improve my gig

Hi @saqlainmemon, Welcome to the forum! Here's my two cents: 1. The link you provided is for a different profile than your name here - do you have multiple Fiverr accounts? If so, this violates Fiverr's ToS. You are only allowed one Fiverr account. 2. Your gig should convince buyers to place an order, so think from your customer's perspective - what would convince your customer to place an order with you? 3. You only have 1 gig image for each of your gigs. This doesn't do you justice. You get 3 jpegs and 2 PDF's per gig. Take advantage of those to show off your skill and portfolio. If you don't have a portfolio, create one. This gives you credibility as a new seller and lets the buyer know what to expect. Currently your buyers can't see how good of a writer you are. 4. I would also add a gig video to each of your gigs to further engage your buyers. 5. Please also take advantage of your FAQs - you get 10 per gig. Cross-link your gigs so that buyers can know the full range of services that you offer. Cross-linking your gigs can also help you increase your orders.
  6. Hi @designer_4your, Welcome to the forum! You can start by reading this post here (note: lots of helpful links from @williambryan392 and @imagination7413are included): https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282146-how-to-be-successful-on-fiverr-common-questions-answered-and-a-collection-of-great-posts-that-helped-me-achieve-trs/ Here's also an article that can help you get the most out of your forum experience: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/282067-my-first-25-days-%E2%80%93-how-i%E2%80%99m-getting-the-most-out-of-fiverr-forum/
  7. Hi @muttalibripon - please read Fiverr's ToS: https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service?source=footer If you share your contact information, you will be breaking Fiverr's ToS and risk getting your account shut down. Simply tell your buyer that sharing such information is against Fiverr's ToS and you can handle all communication through Fiverr's platform.
  8. That was a tricky one, @uk1000! I fell for it! I got this one right. I wasn't even close on this one! I don't know about that ...with all the options that you had, my mind started to play tricks on me. 😂 Thanks, @uk1000! This was a refreshing break from typical forum posts. 😊
  9. The Brief & Match system has already been launched and, like Fiverr's search, it favors sellers who deliver high quality and have good performance (regardless of seller level). It also takes into account the seller's gigs and categories, as well as pricing and availability. As long as you deliver great quality and keep your customers happy, you should be able to get most of your orders through search or repeat buyers. If needed, you can tap into Brief & Match or Promoted Gigs. I also get orders from happy clients who refer their friends to me.
  10. Hi @dipesh8, You should not be trying to stuff your gig descriptions with keywords. In the words of @frank_d: I looked at your first gig and you have 11 references to "background." This really isn't necessary. Write your gigs for your customers, not SEO. Your gig descriptions should be written to convince them to buy your services. You can read more about this here: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/243824-welcome-to-fiverr-30/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/278118-fiverr-30-revisited-aka-fiverr-31/
  11. @dev_cms - Did you contact Fiverr Customer Support? The screenshot says that you should contact them for help on this issue.
  12. It can take several weeks and up to a month before the Buyer Briefs start sending you briefs. Then it takes a while to train the AI to send you relevant ones.
  13. Hi @khaleda_runa! Welcome to Fiverr and the forum! 😊 Being active online does not give you impressions, clicks, or orders - this is a common myth and isn't true. Just make sure to respond to every message that you get within 24 hours and keep your average response time to 1 hour (which can still be done even with 8 hours of sleep a night). Having the mobile app is helpful, but you can also get alerts through emails. Impressions are related to your relevancy to buyers who search for your services. So put yourself into the mindset of your buyers and speak to them. Give them reason to buy from you and not the other web designers out there. You're in a very competitive field, so make yourself unique and define your target audience. Don't become too technical because your buyers might lose interest. All they want to know is if you can develop an awesome website for them. Your portfolio is huge because you can show your buyers visually how you can help them. So take advantage of all the gallery images you have, including the 2 PDFs that you can post in your gallery. Gig videos are also a great way to engage your buyers and show off your services and abilities.
  14. What's missing is user acceptability checks in this process. Fiverr can't simply rely on AI as the only means of feedback - they need to develop the Brief & Match feature using continuous user feedback from the buyers and sellers using this feature, and making appropriate adjustments or else it'll be a major fail. It's expected to have a less-than-perfect product. What isn't acceptable is not making a plan to test out the product feature theories with the users and refining the features so that they actually work for the buyers and sellers using them. As @uk1000, @smashradio, @miiila, & @mateusbl mention, there are gaps in the the features, thinking process, and coding of Brief & Match. It needs to have more settings than a single price to cover all the gigs. Language and other parameters also need to be factored in. So do all the concerns being voiced by buyers and sellers. Buyers won't use this feature if the Brief & Match feature pulls up no matches. Sellers won't use it if too many irrelevant briefs are sent their way. I'm afraid if Fiverr doesn't take action soon, fatigue will set in with buyers and sellers and more and more will abandon Brief & Match before it even has a chance to gain traction. I love what I'm seeing so far and don't want to see that happen. It's encouraging to see more support for the Brief & Match feature from @vickiespencer and others on this thread, but I'd like to see Fiverr be a little more proactive on their end in communicating with the users on the features, developments, and improvements made. Fiverr has been very quiet about the Brief & Match since announcing it's newest update, and there are many valid questions and concerns being posted daily on the forum about this update. Also, is @frank_d the only one receiving "certified clients" in this Brief & Match feature? I haven't seen that yet.
  15. Hi @mail_ullash - Welcome to the forum! There are a lot of threads on the forum talking about buyer communications. You can start by reading this one: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/291136-how-to-trust-people-to-work-with/#comment-1836509 I also like this one by @newspoet: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/291029-why-is-this-allowed-to-continue/ Try to be more descriptive when making posts on the forum if you want to encourage conversation. There's a reason why it's been over 24hrs and no one has responded to your thread. The two posts above show you how you can post so that others will respond.
  16. Hi @online395 - I seem to have the same issues with PayPal withdrawals. The only way I've gotten around it was to open up a Payoneer account. Some months my PayPal is working and I can withdraw my earnings without problems. Other months, I can't (and Fiverr/PayPal aren't able to resolve the issue for me), so I withdraw through Payoneer.
  17. Gigs on Fiverr aren't "ranked" like a search engine - they are "ranked" for each individual buyer based on relevancy, so what you see in search isn't what your buyers will see in search. So it's useless trying to find yourself in search. Or focus too much on SEO and keywords. In the words of @frank_d: You can read more about this here: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/243824-welcome-to-fiverr-30/ https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/278118-fiverr-30-revisited-aka-fiverr-31/ Instead, focus on actually speaking to your customers so that they'll want to buy from you. Your buyers don't want to see a generic gig on WordPress Web Design. They do want to see a web designer who can make their vision a reality. Show them that you are the one that can make their vision happen.
  18. I didn't see any orders for the first 2 weeks when I turned on my Promoted Gigs feature, too. Then I saw 10-15x returns. It might take time at first. How are your impressions? Clicks? CPC spending? If you aren't seeing any impressions/spending a lot, you aren't competitive enough or relevant enough to "win" a promoted gig slot. If you are getting impressions, but no clicks, your gig is being shown, but it's not attractive enough for buyers to click on it.
  19. Hi @riyasalive - Tax laws and requirements vary from country to country, so you'll have to consult with a professional tax professional who is knowledgeable in tax laws in India and the UAE. For me, I have US citizenship and Japan residency. For Japan, I don't have to pay taxes on foreign-earned income. For the US, I do have to pay taxes on foreign-earned income. I end up filing taxes in both countries to cover all my bases.
  20. Hi @olga_ro, Welcome to the forum! In answer to your question - Buyer Requests are category-specific, so it isn't related or connected to your metadata on your profile. So you'll see a lot of requests that aren't related to your services. I would always see 800 buyer request a day, and most of the time, I wouldn't see any to make an offer on. However, now I don't see any buyer requests because Fiverr is discontinuing Buyer Requests and replacing it with the Brief & Match feature. The changes has happened gradually over the last several months, so some sellers are still seeing Buyer Requests, but not for long. To get the most out of the Brief & Match feature, make sure your "Get briefs" feature is turned on (from your Gig page). There will be a lot of irrelevant briefs at first, but they'll start to become more relevant as you train the AI to send you briefs that you want.
  21. As long as you have the skills and bandwidth to offer additional services, go for it! Offering more gigs related services can increase your exposure in search (since you'll be associated with more tags) and can give your buyers an idea of all the services you can offer to them. You can start by splitting up all the services that you offer in your one gig (e.g., Quickbooks, Taxes, Excel Bookkeeping, WAVE, etc.). Find ways to make your gig appealing to your buyers. You have a gig video - add a thumbnail with 3-5 words so that your buyers know what services you offer. Give them reasons to click on your gig, and then to buy.
  22. Hi @shehzad_deisgns! Welcome to the forum! I wouldn't necessarily delete those gigs - you can always pause and unpause gigs as you see fit. Since every seller performs differently, this would be something that you can test out on your own. Business is experimental, so set up gigs, monitor their performance and your overall business and make decisions from there.
  23. Hi @designer_snowdn! You can share your gig links in this category, "My Fiverr Gigs" as well as the "Improve My Gigs" category. However, most of the members of the forum are fellow sellers, so we aren't your target market. The forum is a great way to connect with other sellers and learn how to grow your Fiverr business. There's also a special forum just for logo designers that you might want to follow that's pretty active: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/forum/58-logo-maker-sellers/
  24. Hi @adilarmaan - it takes a while for your gigs to gain traction after making changes like that, so keep monitoring your gigs' performance to see how they do over the next week. If the changes don't work for you, you can change back to the original settings.
