  1. When we ask for a feature to allow username to change, we mean it universally. No any past name left in the site. And to reduce confusion, we can let the buyer know that we've changed our name maybe by giving notification or include it in our profile "previously (past name)". And I believe that there is a way to make it so that no one can use used username. If you read previous comments on this topic, they are talking about limiting the maximum amount of name changing (2-3 maximum), even the mods themselves. Well, of course we can not get rid of the fact that there might be some people who use this feature with negative intend, but I believe it will bring more goods than bads. And we can always report those who prioritize in cheating. What I see "right" as a zero experience seller in Fiverr might be different with what I see right after some months of experience selling in Fiverr. You may be the seller that doesn't have any concerns with your name for years and I'm happy for that. But for my case, and maybe for some other sellers too, this can be a way for me to be more comfortable selling in Fiverr with an Identity I wish to be. note: pardon my grammar since I'm not a native speaker and still is learning.
  2. Ever heard of Re-branding? We also don't intend to change our name to some random nouns with numbers name like happyflower3025, we want to change our name to other professional name that may change my branding and whole theme of my page. As the Original Poster said: Just because you don't need it, doesn't mean others too.
  3. What does this "Featured" badge means? Does this means the suggestion is already applied on Fiverr? If yes, why do I still not find any feature to change my username?
  4. Sometimes the bar is already full but it still take another hour to finish. It just like giving false hope. I want clarity not false hope. Sometimes buyer just want to revise certain work but we still need to deliver all the files that not even revised. And it's not just a "bit", the need to upload all files resulting to another 2 hours of waiting and staring to all of these large files just for a minimum revision. And what if the buyer want another revision after that? Possible but not efficient. It would be 100% better if the delivery system would be like google drive/drop box when we just need to update/overwrite certain files and everything are good to go. That's why I was asking Fiverr to either change the system or integrate/collaborate with those cloud sites. And there is actually a tool in Dropbox that allow us to add watermark of a file and remove it later, however the feature is only available on the premium account. I don't want to pay for something that can actually be done and upgraded from the Fiverr itself.
  5. Please integrate with certain cloud sites like google drive/drop box while still maintaining the Fiverr watermark. Or just change the uploading system of fiverr delivering process and make its UI & UX easier. Let us know the percentage of the uploading files so that we can estimate the finish time. Also, fix the save draft button, it just doesn't work or sometimes just making the files invincible end up making a file sent twice. It make us as seller look unprofessional having two same files on a delivery. Please fix this ASAP, thanks!

  7. Hello. A buyer bought my gig 2 days ago. She didn't read my gig properly. She bought my streetwear t-shirt gig but asking for a jogging suit design. - It's been a day but I can't even start the order since she said that she attach a sample but there is no any sample attached. I keep asking for her to resend the attachment but she didn't respond at all. - Couple hours later, she finally send me a message to refund the order. I'm so upset. Why did she even order in the first place? How do I deal with this. I'm a new seller and I'm so afraid that this will ruin my completion rate. 😥
  8. Buyers also get charged for administration fee. For Sellers, just think of it as a way to pay our slot in the site and for the traffic that we get free from the site, since we can make seller account and sells gig for free.

Sometimes my buyer who bought a $5 package end up inserting information that only a $10 package buyer should have did. It could end up in confusion when I say that I can't do certain offer for my buyer when he already told me how to do it in the requirement. I know there is a "not required" option and I can also write in each requirement that this is for certain package only. But still, sometimes the buyer could be careless enough to actually write on the requirement field that aren't match with the package they chose. Hence, I would suggest a change in the Requirements system so that it will show different requirement based on the package the buyer chose.

  11. Thank you for the insight. But how do I say "you understand that this package offer this" based on what the buyer chose? Are you saying that I should make three questions for each package like that? If that's the case, then my buyer need to answer 2 questions that aren't based on package they've chosen. I do agree and understand that Requirements can be used to other purposes as stated in: How to effectively use buyer requirements. But I think for this problem, it could be solve easily by changing the system.

  13. I have never deliver any order yet. But I just curious, for the Live Portfolio feature, can seller choose specific file to show up on the live portfolio or will the portfolio sample automatically choose from the work we delivered? The reason I asked this is because, I want to show specifically the 3D Mockup on the live portfolio and not the original design. In short, how exactly the portfolio sample works for the seller? Thanks in advance. 😀
