    I don't know what is the problem, because you don't have any negative labels attached to your profile, and your stats are great. Maybe wait for the next evaluation period on the 15. january. The only thing I found was a warning in March, but that is not close to the time when you say you stopped getting briefs.

    Any mentioning of telegram is like in real life a situation when someone tells you "hey, I have this package, can you deliver it for me from spot A to spot B". 100% not legit.

    This is very true. I would only add to your no. 10 that although the Fiverr mechanism of "punishing" sellers with losing rank might seem unfair from case to case, it is never intensional. The system itself just isn't perfect, which is understandable.

    The only allowed way to communicate is through Fiverr. Telegram is a place for all kinds of scams. Probably worse than any other social network. You're safe with Fiverr and the real buyers will have no problem communicating on Fiverr.
