  1. In today's webinar, they mentioned that it might show an effect in a couple of days. (I emphasized on "might" above because they also did the same, they didn't/couldn't reveal the specifics)
  2. Unfortunately, whoever has given the suggestion to create another account (after Fiverr disabled the 1st one) has given a totally wrong suggestion. Once an account is disabled by Fiverr, a user is NOT allowed to create another account.
  3. This is not the link for Fiverr Terms of Service, this is a link of a discussion from the Forum itself. I see the above Forum discussion is from 2016-2017. Not sure if the rules were different in 2016-17, as I joined Fiverr in 2019 only. But for sure, it's not allowed anymore. You can create a ticket with Customer Service and see if they can help you in some way.
  4. Interesting. Could you please share the link here where it's written?
  5. Creating a new account is "not" allowed as per Fiverr ToS. Since your 1st account was disabled by Fiverr & you created a new one, hence Fiverr disabled/restricted this one as well. Even later if you create another ID, Fiverr will disable that as well as soon as they are able to track it.
  6. @Lena Hi, is this something that you can get checked and assist please?
  7. @emmaki This is from an email Fiverr sent during Sep. Looking at your scenario, it seems they have changed some rules again, not sure though.
  8. Instead of doing all these, a simple inclusion of a couple of decimal points (say 3 or 4 decimal points) would have made the profiles look more "trustworthy". Then it would look like 4.965 4.890 etc etc instead of showing full 5*
  9. Teaching is a different thing, and doing the homework/assignment task that the student was supposed to complete on their own, and that task done by you will be submitted by the student pretending to be done by him/her - that is totally different thing. It's simple : such assignments are unethical, and not allowed by Fiverr. Sometimes buyers reach out asking to do such homeworks, and they go even to the extent that they are the Dean or Professor of University, and want to cross-check the answers by expert. Such tasks are NOT allowed on Fiverr.
  10. Great thread. @vickiespencer Just noticed this post is in "Seller Plus Premium" category only, moving/posting it outside could help the bigger audience.
  11. Please refer the attached screenshot. On the Fiverr homepage, at the bottom-right you would see this icon. Please click on that icon, and then you would see a button that says "Screen Reader". Toggle that screen reader button off, and that should solve this.
  12. Try this link: https://www.fiverr.com/cp/2023-seller-plus-freelancers?userType=SellerPlus
  13. Hi, All users on the platform (both Buyers & Sellers) are bound by Fiverr Terms of Service. Sellers are anyways not supposed/authorized by Fiverr to use the information received from Buyer for any other purposes. Please refer the screenshot. You may want to take a look at the Fiverr Terms of Service document URL for more details : https://www.fiverr.com/legal-portal/legal-terms/terms-of-service
  14. Hi, you may want to write to Fiverr Customer Support with the relevant details : support@fiverr.com They should be able to guide/assist you appropriately.
  15. The radio-buttons and the check-boxes seems to be messed up as well 😕.
  16. Lol so are you saying that if you start receiving 4 stars on all your orders (means Very Good), you will be happy? "Unhealthy obsession" - nah not at all, it's something that was designed/built by Fiverr, not sellers like us. If a person has less than 5 (on public / private reviews) they get almost out of work. Moreover, if you remember till few months back, the cutoff rating for levels etc was 4.7. So unless a person gets a 5, they were out of competition. Honestly speaking, if I get a subpar rating because I didn't perform well, I would happily accept it. But if I get a lesser rating when I delivered super work and the client acknowledges that as well, however, due to system mechanism the rating becomes 4, THAT'S A PROBLEM. Imagine the situation of a newer sellers - if they start getting "Very Good" / 4* on all their orders. All of a sudden overnight they try to change an age-old system - obviously it will cause problems. If some changes have to be done at such a mass scale, it has to be well thought of, properly planned and executed, and not implemented like a TESTING, and not like a scale of "Average" and then straight to "Very Good".
  17. When you click on the icon, it shows you a small box. In that box you can write some Notes for future reference, this Notes will be visible only to you. Personally speaking, I haven't used it ever, but if you need to write some notes on orders for your own future reference, you can use it. The buyer will not be able to see it.
  18. @Kesha - Hi, I hope you (and the relevant team(s) are checking the messages on this thread and giving some appropriate thoughts on the feedback shared above. Since the thread subject says "testing", would like to ask you whether this testing is going to end & the changes rolled back anytime soon? (so we sellers can feel relieved) Or whether it's going to stay as it is for ever? If you could please share some updates on this, it would be much appreciated.
  19. Testing improvements to the rating & review system Hi @Kesha Unfortunately it seems that this "testing" is going to have a long-lasting negative impact on the hard-working sellers (and possibly to Fiverr as well to some extent). Not sure how much thought was given into before proceeding with this testing, but looking at the discussions/after-effects, it seems it's not doing any good to anyone, neither to Fiverr nor it's customers nor the sellers. After 3.5 years of working here on Fiverr, after getting 1000+ ALL 5* reviews (except just one which was done by a customer by mistake), today I received my 1st 4* review on an order, credit goes to this Testing. As you can see from my profile, I have ALL 1000+ 5* reviews on all orders , if I receive a 4* due to some ongoing testing, it's not something desirable. I take pride in my work, and strive to earn these 5*s. This is a bad spot on my profile (who knows such bad spots may get frequent in future due to this new testing feature by Fiverr). IMHO, a "Testing" should ideally be done with a limited/selected group of audience, and should not be done after rolling out the implementation in live production environment. If you are calling it a "Testing", IF in near future Fiverr decides NOT to proceed further with this change, are you going to change all these ratings (that the sellers have received due to this testing) to 5* ? If you call 4* a Very Good, think of a seller who gets such "Very Good" on each of their, say, 20 orders. Will they get a level, or get demoted? If Fiverr's Level cutoff is 4.2 rating, how can a 4* be termed as "Very Good"? The choice of words/verbiage with the emojis (Oh, we are all talking about Fiverr PRO and then comes the emojis on such a professional site) definitely needs to be restructured. Please rethink about this, if possible.
  20. The OP has completed 400+orders and knows very well that repeat messages are not considered for the Response %. The suggestion was to get him a few more orders that would be helpful for his gig to revive it.
  21. My suggestion specifically mentions about "some of the buyers with whom you had a great working relationship", and obviously not to send the message to all. While working with repeat clients, a rapport gets built with time with certain buyers wherein discussions often goes beyond just work. No harm in interacting with such clients. I clearly mentioned not to spam. Building such relationships with buyers definitely help in the longer run.
  22. You could have written the company name correctly at least.
  23. After a gig is published, you CANNOT change the gig CATEGORY (i.e. the main category). However, you can change the SUB-CATEGORY. The CATEGORY remains disabled after the gig is published so you will not be able to change that.
  24. So are you saying that you can put, for example, my image in your Gig, and that is allowed? NO, unless you have specific written permission from that person whose photo you are using. Think what can happen if the person in photo you have used writes an email to Fiverr and complaints. Your ID/Gig will be disabled immediately. So be careful with what you do. A LOT of IDs / Gigs get disabled by Fiverr due to copying of images/description etc.
  25. Fiverr does not allow more than 1 account for 1 person. Even if someone does create multiple accounts, Fiverr disables both of them as & when they are able to identify (and it's pretty easy for them to identify). So, no it's not allowed.
