  1. Hello @quo_seo_agency, I'm sorry to hear you're having a difficult time. You might want to read the below topic that has been answered by @Kesha. Please note only the support team and/or your Fiverr Success Manager can help you with this. Staff that are active on the forum are unable to give specific account advice/help. I'd also suggest reading this link for the help center which explains more about warnings, and the appeal process. Good luck!
  2. Something I've just seen is that when you get a revision the clock aligns with the original order deadline. It used to be just the red 00:00:00 I think. So, I think it's a sensible guess that Fiverr considers a 'good order' to be one that's completed/accepted within the original time frame, not just that the first delivery was in the original time frame. Maybe this is really obvious, but perhaps something to bear in mind. I think it makes sense from a client perspective. When they order the time frame is a big factor, and they probably don't like a 3 days order taking 7 days for e.g. with revisions.
  3. It's not really field specific, but quite a few years ago I made a conscious decision to watch and listen to stuff I disagree with. An example of this is flat earth. Now to be clear I don't believe in this, and it didn't change my mind, but I think you can only challenge bad ideas if you at least understand what their point is, however misguided it may seem or actually be. It started with politics and later with business. It gives a different perspective, even if it is painful to watch sometimes lol.
  4. Got it too, but I was always eligible, weird. This makes me think that maybe they flicked something off and on so we all got the notification (maybe). I recall about a year ago lots of people suddenly got told they weren't eligible anymore and couldn't promote. Happed to all my gigs. It was a bug/error. Then it was fixed.
  5. It's interesting how some have high (previously) private numbers (qod and vod), but some less great public reviews, and vice versa. Anyway I'm off to bed. Maybe I'll wake up tomorrow and this will have been a 4/5 dream.
  6. some see the new stats, some don't
  7. Thank you @leannelrivers! That is just mean. Straight up malicious even. More than anything I think it will just look weird to buyers. Like... oh yes, definitely recommend things that weren't great quality or value to friends?
  8. so we're definitely rounding down then lol. Could you send a screen shot? I can add it to my ticket 🙂
  9. Happened to me just now. 5* pubicly, but on my dashboard 4.9. Anyone able to tell me what I look like / why?
  10. Thanks @vickieito! I did wonder if it was due to private reviews being included, or something like that. If I'd dropped to 0.7 like @breals did I would think it's a bug for sure. I'll put in a ticket. Editing my post to say this is covered in the below thread, and maybe isn't a bug but rather because private feedback is now being included...
  11. I just saw that my overall score just dropped to 4.9 (the one on the top left of the dashboard). All gigs and my overall public score are still 5 overall though. Anyone else just seen a change to this on their profiles?
  12. Sorry to hear you're having a tough time, I think you had good intentions but Fiverr is pretty strict re the rules otherwise some unscrupulous people would take advantage. It does, however there are certain requirements to have the functionality. https://help.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011062838-Video-calls-Zoom-calls Once an order is placed a seller of any level can zoom the buyer. Pre order, there are certain seller level requirements, or the buyer needs to be a Fiverr Pro or Fiverr select buyer.
  13. They're testing different reviews with different buyers, this is probably further subdivided by category. I've had 3 variants so far.
  14. Just think of all the promoted gig inbox messages you would get, and the review reminders. Speaking of promoted gigs I got this message today, after the client had already completed an order. Did I just pay for the client to thank me 😆
  15. I work pro bono with a charity in the UK helping young adults from disadvantaged communities build businesses. $1000 dollars can go a long way if spent wisely so the list is pretty broad... website design, videos, social media content, and of course voiceovers 😜, so I'd use it to buy the services they need but can't afford to help move their business along. Help me out @Kesha? For fun though I'd probably pay @newsmike to create memes, or better still to do a voice over. He's got a great voice, and I'd love to pay him to say things I know he doesn't agree with (you did say professional or personal!). That would make me chuckle. What's the most 'least likely for Mike to say' statement? Ideas please! For me, I've had a website idea for a while, I know the seller I want to use, I just need to get it done.
  16. This bit confuses me, can someone explain, @Kesha or anyone else in case I've missed it? I appreciate nothing is final, but any insight would be great. Sorry if it's obvious... Previously if your overall public rating was 5*, it's because it is the average of your prior individual order ratings (I know we all know this). So, my question is... Does this now mean that a previously achieved public rating at the gig level is going to change (probably because of the private feedback connected to that order) and therefore also change your overall rating? Or... Does this mean that your overall public rating could change, but not at the individual gig level (and therefore not be an average of your prior reviews)? Could I have gigs with only 5* reviews, but still end up with a 4.5* overall gig? Or have 5* reviews, 5* gigs, and a 4* overall profile? I'm confused just writing this lol. On a separate note, although some won't agree with me, I do like the change of value of money to value of delivery. Definitely better than value for money IMO.
  17. So does Fiverr, it's called BYOB (Bring your own business). You don't pay commission with these clients. I'm assuming they still have it.
  18. I've seen this before, but after refreshing the page it fully populates for me. I've also seen a variant of the value for money metric, so they are testing new ways by the looks of it. You might not have had orders or interactions, but your competition has, so if their position has dropped, yours has in turn increased. I don't want to jinx it, but so far I've had 2 orders with less than 5 stars. One buyer was definitely confused and messaged me about it to apologise. Obviously over time I expect more to come. I do think we are making a big assumption that a change in your level will dramatically change your Fiverr income. I'm not saying it won't, we just don't know, and a lot of people always said that being trs vs. level 2 didn't make a huge difference. So far we're seeing changes in levels and ratings. I'm not sure if people have also now seen a change in revenue/sales/messages.
  19. We're definitely off topic here @emmaki @arianelaurent but have you ever tried these... They're a little coarse, but given the shape I can fit a lot in at once. I like that.
  20. If it's because of a bug then I think it will be resolved and the account will be fine. If it's because ToS was broken then I think there isn't a future. If it's removed then I assume so, because there is no issue anymore. I doubt it, I think it's a permanent ban when ToS is broken, and you can't have multiple accounts. Fiverr aren't going to share more details about how they calculate it. What we know is gigs with more orders/data impact the SS more than gigs with less data/orders. I expect it's the same, although a long standing theory is that new sellers tend to get extra exposure for a short while to help them make their first sale. (Again, all this is purely speculation)
  21. One thing I've also seen by attending 2 webinars in such quick succession is the caliber of the chat/questions being asked is so, so low. Quite basic stuff such as asking your question in the right place, or people spamming the (wrong) chat with their question, or their account-specific question again and again, or even the classic 'how do I get an order?' to name a few. It just strikes me as being unprofessional. I think it's just a small taste of what support and SMs get every day, and hot dang that would not be a great taste after a while! I am almost 40 though, so maybe I'm a boring old out of touch wotsit.
  22. I agree! I think if you have a gig with 2 revisions, and it goes through 10 revisions that's probably not good. I think if you have revisions outside the scope of the original delivery time again that may not be good. Sorry I didn't record, but they said it'll be available in the next week. Might be best for you to attend yourself so you can hear the answers directly. What non-account specific questions do you have? I don't think you're screwed. If it's in revision, and it is clear that you are waiting on the buyer so you can make the correction and re-deliver I think the system will 'know' because the last message sent was you saying something like 'Sure, please let me know you have reviewed it and if you need any changes'. I've seen some very popular/high volume sellers recently getting bad reviews with buyers accusing them of AI. Obviously I don't know if it's true or not.
  23. Similar, not identical. I think the webinar took us through the new level system. The AMA aimed to cover a lot of the popular questions that it caused.
