Not always true, it depends on a situation. If buyer placed an order by mistake then yes but if it’s let’s say the buyer didn’t like the quality of delivery and asking for cancellation then it still will affect stats even if CS cancels it

Try to reply to the same ticket that was closed and ask to escalate the matter as that’s not what you asked. You are not asking about reactivating you’re account, you are asking about withdrawal.

If you are a level 2 seller then you should know already that searching for your gig is quite useless, fiverr is choosing whim to show your gig and whom not to. As long as you have impressions it means that your gig was shown in search

Looks like February will be quite busy. I just bought a car that I call “McLaren from AliExpress” 😂, we still need to get a second family car and we probably will have it in a week. Im travelling to Bahrain this weekend, next weekend friends coming over, then going to Istanbul. And end of February my husband’s family is coming over, 7 people! So it will be a pretty busy month. And in theory in a couple of days here should be a pool weather again and I’m really looking forward to that.

Cancellations affect sellers precisely for that reason if they lied on their profile and can’t deliver the work so they don’t just get away. (But Of course there are other reasons for cancellation too) Fiverr is all about performance and you shouldn’t feel bad for the seller that lied in his profile and to you. Just cancel the order and move on, you will not get the delivery you want from this seller. P.S and don’t choose sellers that write that they are “professionals”. True professionals don’t have to specify it, their work speaks for themselves.

People that are looking for tattoos definitely wouldn’t buy your gig. What is it that you are selling? You say in your gig description “simple black and white design” and then you showcase this 👇 complex drawing nd on top of that with watercolours blended in. maybe you can design in but which tattoo master will implement it? They al have their own style and not that many work with watercolour tattoos for example.

Why don’t you just drop them emails? They are pretty responsive and reply on your questions even by email

Did you choose the right package? Basic package doesn’t have success manager included in it. Only premium package has success manager and you would see that option right on your seller success page
