    There is no rank on fiverr and it’s pointless to search for your gig because what you see is different from where other people see your gig.

    Yep, that watermark is not fiverr watermark, it’s a different font. So it is your seller who placed it. Most likely she did that for protection, however if she did it she should’ve sent the files right after you accepted an order and it seems that it was more than 24 hours and she had at least one day to send you the files, which is quite unprofessional

    When you open editing gig page you should see a pink dot next to one of a tabs or lines, those are the things you need to change

    Your work speaks for yourself. If you are a digital marketer you should know how to market at least your own gigs and how to attract clients to you so clients can trust you their business marketing

    If it’s fiverr watermark then it should be removed automatically after you accept an order. Try to refresh order page and it should disappear when you download the files

    If you are getting 4K impressions then your gig IS ranked. The problem is that people that see your gig are not interested in buying your service

    If that was indeed a chargeback from a client and fiverr can see that you delivered everything as promised then they might reimburse you. They did it for me and for other sellers.

    Yep you can work very hard by walking day and nights around the windmill and carry on you a bag of wheat hoping that the flour will appear on its own. But it wouldn’t. Or you can work smart and put that bag of wheat in the windmill and get flour as a result so what is better: working hard or working smart?

    Well, you should be worried about delivering your 10 orders with outstanding quality instead of spending time looking for your gig in search. Looking for your gig in search is also quite useless, everybody see different results. If your impressions more than zero then your gig was shown to people in search.

    Your progress report has nothing to do with search. If your gig data shows that your impressions are more than zero then your gig was shown in the search.

    This ☝️ though that’s not happening to me I agree that the advice from SMS should be better than just CS answers. There is a story here on the forum where someone’s account was banned for using stock photo (which is logical) but the problem is that SM couldn’t advice if seller needed to change it or not and never came back with an answer. (Which is TOS 101 that SM should’ve known). anyways, @newsmike maybe you’ll want to tag success managers here, because they are here on the forum. Just choose anyone with _success at the end in their nickname.

    Then you might’ve misunderstood it, the only way the mention fiverr forums is to gain knowledge and troubleshoot based on experience of other sellers. But not by being active to increase your sales, it’s completely unrelated and there is a topic from a fiverr representative where he says it too.

    Those are the same things. If an account gets banned then they are no longer on a platform. But it doesn’t really matter for you. Obviously not. You haven’t delivered any of your work yet. your order got cancelled because your buyer don’t have an account on fiverr anymore wether he deactivated it himself or got banned.
