    Yes, Order cancelation is too bad for your profile. It can be drop your gig rank. but not only order cancelation it's depend on your overall performance.

    Yes get first order is too difficult but some sellers get orders in few days. lot of buyers search by "new seller" filter. there are good chance to get orders.

    You need to find your target customer. it can be linkedin, instagram, facebook etc. you just need to find targeted buyers who can be interested to your service.

    This is hidden feedback. buyer can share their work experience privately with fiverr. sometimes regular buyers not too happy but they didn't give bad reviews because you're regular seller for this buyer. but buyers can share it privately. i think hidden feedback is important for gig position.

    Hi, I Clearly mention message me before place your order. but maximum buyer order me without message me. so i have to cancel maximum order without Customer Support help. because customer support take 10 days+. my order competition goes down. what can i do now Thank you
