  1. So the video automatically appears on your gig after your samples only if the client approved on their side to show it in the portfolio, otherwise it will just complete an order and leave a review. It’s an automatic system so messaging them will bait change it now.
  2. Well, you can post your design here if you are really so sure that it’s an amazing design
  3. They want new designs because they are not satisfied with your quality. That’s what you need to realise, if they ask for new designs it means that you couldn’t create something that they can use. nothing to laugh about here to be honest. Your response is highly unprofessional and only looks bad on you not your buyer
  4. Looking at the review you would’ve gotten bad review anyway 🤷‍♀️ it was about revisions but about the quality of your work. The quality was bad and that’s why he kept asking for revisions.
  5. Did you even understand what ChatGT wrote for you? A lot of words and nothing about what exactly gig marketing is. what exact actions do you call gig marketing? You have zero understanding yourself what is gig marketing, you can’t even explain it to others and for some reason you are spreading this information
  6. Because some sellers deliver partial work and clients have to ask for revisions that shouldn’t even count as a revision as the seller didn’t deliver full order. And there are a lot of other reasons that you just don’t see from buyers perspective. Then you are not ready to run your business. YOU are running your business on fiverr, not fiverr solving all your problems with client communication for you. If you choose not to communicate to your buyer about difficult stuff then it’s your problem not fiverr’s. I had to tell my clients many times about revisions and those clients still left 5 stars reviews if you are professional with your communication.
  7. If you had only 4 revisions included then you need to tell your buyer that he run out of free revisions and that all over revisions will be x$ per revision. Fiverr doesn’t count revisions and your client can press a button as many times as he wants until you stop them.
  8. do a screen recording of you fixing the issue, it doesn’t have to be a long video, or attach a code that you fixed.
  9. Why is better? You are so not sure on your skills and ability to deliver that you are ready to be stuck with an order even after it was completed?
  10. Unfortunately we don’t know the details of the order. Fiverr does offer protection and they never cancelled my order when there was a dispute. But if they did cancel your order then that means that there was something wrong with your delivery and client was able to prove it. CS doesn’t cancel orders without proof.
  11. There is no fiverr guidelines for that. You can offer as many revision as you want. but it’s better to avoid unlimited revisions
  12. No, what you described is not a ground for not affecting your cancellation ratio
  13. Worth adding that bait and click is not allowed on fiverr. if you put 5$ on your gig you have to charge 5$ and you can’t change your price after client placed an order
  14. If you read CS answers they pointed out to the new clients and their first messages that she didn’t reply to writhing 24 hours that affected her stats. for other messages CS didn’t say that it affect statistics. “System picks up a message” probably means that it’s taken into account of fiverr algorithm
  15. There is no “one strategy” that will work for everyone. The secret is not a secret at all, if you have great gigs, good at what you do and people need and interested in your service fiverr will promote you more, give you more exposure and interested clients will buy your service. If your gigs are so so, don’t offer anything unique or competitive then it’s of course will be tough to get orders when there are thousands of the same sellers
  16. So from a SC answer as I understand you ratio was affected by not answering to a very first message from 2 new people that you never spoke to before. other responses or actually no response to the clients that you already spoke this are taken into account by fiverr algorithm but they shouldn’t affect your statistics. They for sure don’t affect mine.
  17. Come back to me if you will start getting consistent sales every week with your portfolio if you are not planning to add changes to it. 😉 then we can talk.
  18. That’s a great direction to think about freelancer’s mental health. But personally with my experience working in HR it’s not the webinars with meantal health coaches that help 😉 Just imagine as a freelancer you have your day full of clients, you wake up and you work stressful job let’s say from 7am to 9pm because a lot of freelancers never stop. And an extra hour of a webinar for mental health is not what going to help with mental health. My opinion to really help freelancer a few things have to chechena on the platform (I am not saying if I want it personally or not, it’s just a feedback that we saw on the forum): 1. Ability to take days off or at least a weekend without worrying that clients will place an order. (Yes I know fiverr added request to order feature, however weekends still count towards delivery or revision time. And you can’t really set your working hours) 2. This new feature with clients being able to extend review time as many times as they want for as long as they want is definitely not a definition of mental health for freelancers. Work on your orders and get an opportunity to be stuck in endless loop of not being paid. 3. I understand that the algorithm needs to choose best of the best performing sellers but that also means that when you choose to go out of office for a short or long vacation in most cases fiverr will remove you from searches even after you are back from vacation because there is no history of any “performance” during OOO. 4. in writing category buyers can still order few packages in one go but the delivery time will not change. (I’m sure I’m forgetting quite a few thing but these are the ones that came to mind.)
  19. That’s where you see them. Al people see gigs on different places. You see them on the first page other people might not see them at all.
  20. Stop looking at others and thinking how unfair it is. Think what you can improve for yourself. your competitor is hurting himself because most likely he gets less exposure for having 4 same gigs instead of one.
