  1. Unfortunately if you have short deadlines client can change their mind and still say that they ordered by mistake. And if you didn’t deliver your order then fiverr can’t really protect you because there is no proof of work that was done
  2. Then he can’t leave a review anymore. fiverr gives only 10 days to leave a review
  3. None. Staying online is completely useless even if you do it with an extension or manually. None of those bring orders.
  4. No it will not. Rating stays no matter what even if the order is cancelled review will stay on your profile.
  5. He was supposed to get that window to leave a review when he was marking order as complete. How long has it been since he completed his order?
  6. If you delivered your order within the timeframe then if a client asks a revision it doesn’t affect your stats. The order will show late but it doesn’t matter as long as your work on time it will not affect your stats.
  7. So did you cancel the order or not? Your customer is saying that he didn’t cancel the order. anyway, he should revive money in his fiverr account as a credit not to his payment source: but if he doesn’t have money even in fiverr then he should contact fiverr support from his side and they will fix it
  8. And again, it’s pointless. Do you have impressions more than zero? if yes, then the amount of impressions is exactly how many times your gig was shown in search.
  9. It’s pointless to search for your own gig. All people see different results based on their data, preferences, search history and most likely to buy a service. you might not be able to find it but others can. As long as you have impressions more than zero then your gig is shown in search
  10. Of course it easy to blame it on some kind of technical error but trust us it’s your performance against your competitors and hidden reviews
  11. Well, maybe you don’t anymore. fiverr changed a lot since then. And it doesn’t matter that you have all 5 stars public feedback. There is also private hidden feedback that you don’t see. And sometimes clients leave good public feedback but write an honest less positive private feedback. Usually that’s what affect directly being showed less in search and your competitors doing better than you at the moment
  12. Are you getting orders with 40 impressions? If yes, then it is good impressions. If you don’t h get orders the no, it’s not enough. and it’s not about impressions but about quality of your gig that’s when people are going to buy when they see your gig in search
  13. 🤣 how exactly that will make you successful? If I’ll sit on a toilet all day long does it mean that I will become a philosopher?
  14. Of course it’s empty. You signed fiverr TOS and according to it, there is a 14 days clearance period after which your money will be available for withdrawal
  15. That’s the whole point for you not to ask positive reviews. Nothing you can do, you can’t ask it any way especially asking for a positive one. It’s up to a client if he wants to leave a positive or negative review and if he wants to leave it at all
  16. Obviously that works for her target audience and price range she is selling at. But anyway, @karyface1 if you want to build a brand then it’s up to you to decide if you want to show your face or not and what are your brand values are and based on that play in being “personal” or “corporate”. but as a person who creates fonts, I don’t appreciate when people sell fonts as their handwritten logos and especially if they downloaded only “personal use” version that they resell. You use a lot of different fonts, so it’s hard to believe that you bought commercial licences for all of them when they can cost hundreds per font and taking into account price point of your logos.
  17. Telling clients that they will get handwritten signature logo and all examples (every single one) are made with …. 🥁 fonts…..
  18. To be honest you are in a pickle, none of them are good. personally I would choose a bad rating and be paid even if it’s 15$ Both options will hurt you. Cancellation will hurt your ration and on top of that there is a hidden feedback so you still might get rated badly behind the scenes even if you cancel the order. and Bad rating is a bad rating but you get to write a reply to their rating and you can also rate your client. CS usually doesn’t help but in your case it might be seen as a blackmail. They will not do anything for you but they might investigate your client.
  19. Then you don’t have the necessary skills. people who have skills and really good at what you do clients will hire you or you’ll be able to find employment elsewhere.
  20. Complete all criteria and you’ll be promoted in the 15th of any month
  21. It might not show up on your dashboard. You need to go to earning tab and see it there in “pending clearance”
  22. So the video automatically appears on your gig after your samples only if the client approved on their side to show it in the portfolio, otherwise it will just complete an order and leave a review. It’s an automatic system so messaging them will bait change it now.
  23. Well, you can post your design here if you are really so sure that it’s an amazing design
  24. They want new designs because they are not satisfied with your quality. That’s what you need to realise, if they ask for new designs it means that you couldn’t create something that they can use. nothing to laugh about here to be honest. Your response is highly unprofessional and only looks bad on you not your buyer
