  1. Everything stays in the database, whether fixed or not. A cancellation, for example, even though our stats on the front end are not affected, remains in the database and affects impressions. It can take up to six months to recover. This is always denied by CS and SSMs, but that denial is pure gaslighting, because you can see it with your own eyes in analytics. People who got BSR warnings, even though it was a mistake, still have those flags in the database, even though no seller can see them. Please don't try to deny it. The March drop, particularly with respect to TRSs and Pros has something to do with the algorithm and is not connected to images, titles, metadata and descriptions. I turned off all promoted gigs. That seemed to help. Weirdly. Now off to stuff my face with more chocolate. Does it help? Yes it does
  2. Surely no one would try to cover using an app to get pid here on Fiverr. Oh, wait ... all those "translators" offering google translate gigs. If there is a way of abusing AI, there will be people willing to do it ... Fiverr, the home of "make money with no skills"
  3. Nwbies are allowed only seven gigs, including any that aren't published yet.
  4. MissCrystal has a good reputation - you could try ordering from her instead. She won't be able to give you that information either, by the way ...
  5. I use firefox and avoid Chrome in any of it's forms - it's little better than a google surveillance tool. Try turing off add ons - I have to keep some of my tools off most of the time. The one thing I find with firefox is that the cache fills up quite fast. Once it gets to a gig, it slows everything down dramatically. Never have any issues with Fiverr on firefox. Must be a British thing.
  6. You are dealing with one cs agent and the buyer with another. Your agent checked the order, the buyer's agent didn't. This kind of thing makes me incandescent with rage. The very least CS could do before cancelling an order is check it. Here's the relevant clause from TOS: "Orders are not eligible to be cancelled based on the quality of service/materials delivered by the Seller if the service was rendered as described in the Gig Page. Buyers may rate their experience with the Seller on the Order Page, including the overall level of service quality received." Quote that, take screenshots of your conversation with the buyer, the agent *and* attach the lettter, insist on escalation and, if necessary involve your SSM, if you have one. Bear in mind the letter still belongs to you if they haven't paid for it. You should be compensated the full amount.
  7. Healthy food in my home is pretty much anything home made from scratch, using all fresh ingredients, preferably organic. That way everyone knows what's in it.
  8. Hey @Jonbaas - can you please make a little room in your inbox, please.  I'd like to send you a PM.

And you are still married! 😱

Actually my hubby knows I have many Fiverr Friends both men and women. He is fine with that.

Yep, trust is not an issue of concern with my wife either.

  9. Good luck with that. Cats are curious creatures and, given a chance, into everything ...
  10. Crazy cat lady here. I often think about getting a dog ... but then when it's raining, or snowing, or -10c ... change my mind, watching a neighbour taking out his two perfectly adorable dogs for a walk in whatever the weather is ... Perfectly happy to admire and make friends with other people's dogs ... !
  11. If I think a buyer is going to leave a less than stellar review - rather than being sure of it! - I will leave a 5* with the commnet "Thank you for your order". Mostly, because my buyers are generally enthusiastic, they leave 5* and my initial review is more detailed, particularly if they are a first time buyer. Occasionally, I think things have gone well ... and they leave a 4* - some people are like that. On the rare occasions that happens, I feel peeved. Then I take a breath, step back ... write a response indicating my take on it. For example - one buyer left 4*s for communication (I'm a *great* communicator, btw), writing that communication could have been better. After doing the whole "take a breath thing" - I said they were right: communication wasn't great because *they* were not easy to get hold of (read: non responsive) and found answering my questions difficult. You can be honest - but tactful! - in your responses to public reviews. Private reviews you can't do much about. If they only leave a private one, but nothing public, the only way you can know about it is if your gig suddenly gets ignored by the algorithm. It's never "for no reason".
  12. $250 per month is $3000 per year. That's more than most fiverr sellers make all year. I myself made a whole $20 in my first year selling. I make more now, obvs, but still ... What the bigger platforms do is pay per proposal. Each seller is given a small, non rolling over number of proposal credits free each month ... and then after that they have to either pay to make more proposals, or wait until the next month. No doubt Fiverr could work something out along those lines ... Charging a recurring fee at a level usually only seen for high level marketing courses would be self defeating.
  13. If you look at your analytics page, quite far down, you'll see a list of what matters in terms of levels ... and gig ranking. If any of those stats go under 90%, your ranking will suffer. In addition, there is an undisclosed review that buyers are urged to complete about their order. This has more effect on your rank than anything Fiverr shares with you. Do a search for any of Frank_d's posts - he goes into far more detail. Bottom line: there's *far* more to ranking your gig than reviews.
  14. Welcome back, Emma 🙂

Thank you! I am still lowkey confused by the new forum layout...

  15. Don’t take on more than you can cope with - set your queue value low and your delivery longer
  16. I’ve had one of those - Hong Kong is a tiny island that doesn’t show on the map. Roll your cursor over where it should be - a tool tip will show up when you hit the right spot.
