  1. Seems a BUG! Contact customer support. "You earned $0 for this order. Great job" - LOLOL
  2. I did contact Customer Support. I am not sure if they understood the question. My question referred to the overall success score, not to the gigs' scores. They said:
  3. I'd like to know why is my success score showing as -. My only gig has the score of 8. I'd be grateful to know the answer. Thank you.
  4. Not every day, but every second day: 45 minute jogging. I strongly recommend it, even (and especially) to completely non-athletic couch potatoes. Couch potatoes can start with the wonderful Couch to 5k program, designed by the UK's health service NHS and hugely popular.
  5. I reside in tomato Europe, but am currently in the potato part.
  6. I don't know what is the best course of action in this situation: doing nothing. When a delivery goes into revision for whatever reason, even if it's marked as "late", it will not be counted as late delivery, provided that the original delivery was made in time. So you can just leave the client to take time to review the delivery, no matter how long that takes. contacting CS. They might send a message to the buyer on your behalf, asking them for specifics on what needs to be revised the buyer can extend the review time on their own initiative, without any seller input re-delivering the original file. I am not sure if this is good to do or not. It might be seen as incomplete delivery, resulting in a warning for the seller, even if the seller has no actionable instructions on what to revise
  7. In the new levels system, my success score is empty, ie. no score. There is only a dash. Maybe that means zero, I do not know. I have only one existing gig which has been given the score 8, without any negative impact: Effective communication: Strong positive impact Order cancellations: Positive impact I had very few orders in the past two years. I've been on the platform, on and off, since 2017. All my public reviews are 5. I've been Level 2 for some years, now I'm Level 0. I've been going back and forth with the Customer Support but they are only replying with general things about the success score, not addressing the question in the slightest.
  8. It is very important. Like dark matter, we don't currently know what it is ontologically or physically, what it is composed of and by what laws it is governed.
  9. I know, it doesn't make sense. The thing is that clients do not use the same definition of what "value for money" means. In Fiverr help pages, value for money is described as: "Shows if clients feel they got what they paid for." But for customers value for money simply means: is it cheap enough? Two completely different things.
  10. Maybe the intention is to lower the ratings of everybody. The tragedy is that if the value for money is 3/5 ("average") it puts sellers into Level 0, even if all the other metrics are outstanding.
  11. Ok, I see. But isn't demotion from TRS, as well as promotion to, also manual?
  12. Value for money will become a problem only when the whole marketplace sinks in prices (race to the bottom). On individual seller level it does not really matter, because we will all have at most 4/5 ("very good") ratings in this metric. Because I really don't know if it is at all possible ever to achieve "exceptional" 5/5 value for money, unless you are willing to work at absurd peanut prices.
  13. Yes, I'm the record holder. Score: NOTHING (or zero, nil, zilch, nought).
  14. I'm so disappointed that my success score is ZERO and my gig's score is 8. CS says their team thoroughly reviewed it and that there is no discrepancy and the scores are correct. I've only seen one other case like this here on the forum and that seller's success score was subsequently. corrected. Am I the only one with this problem? The only reason that I can think as being the reason for this is the low number of completed orders in the past two years (i had "life" things going on), so maybe there was not enough data or not enough private reviews to be included in the SS calculation.
  15. From what you say it seems have been a fair reason to flag your account.
  16. Competition also plays a role in our scores. If our competition (by similar service and price) does better, we would receive lower scores than if our competition does worse. This is another unpredictable and uncontrollable variable.
  17. Wow, Fiverr thinks revisions are a sign of being an incompetent seller!
  18. Hi Kesha, thanks for the reply. The problem is that my overall success score is not being calculated at all (there is no score, just a dash), although my gig's score is 8...?
  19. My overall success score is 0 - probably because I have too few sales on my gig, whose score is 8. I assume they could not take into account client satisfaction (private reviews) only because of low volume. So sellers with a low sales volume, even if they have a perfect gig score of 10, will be demoted to level 0.

  21. If the order automatically completes without a review or without a request for revisions from the buyer, than that's it. Buyers are not required to leave a review of your delivered order. If the buyer formally asks for revisions after your delivery but does give you actionable information on what he/she wants changed, you can try to contact the buyer again and ask for specifics. If that does not work, I would contact Customer support. In some cases they might then contact the buyer on your behalf and encourage him/her to contact you. If the buyer "disappears" in the middle of an order and had not provided you with enough information for you to finish the job, that's unfortunate, but I'd suggest you change your workflow so that next time the order cannot start if you do not have all the material needed to complete the job.
