  1. It is amazing that you offer such nonsense as advice, when you have been on Fiverr for over 3 years without a single sale.
  2. That is how Fiverr works. I think you are seriously confused. Fiverr is 100% online. No one ever comes to your house and knocks on your door.
  3. You gotta give Mr. Bean and Benny Hill some credit.
  4. I like some British humor. But the dramas are excellent. Misdomer Murders, Shetland. Far superior to the 30,000 shows all from the same CSI script.
  5. I think the American version of "The Office" settles this argument.
  6. I watch very little television, but I happened to stop on Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares. Watching, I realized that it is the exact same script as most posts in the Fiverr Forum. KN: Desperate couple asks Chef to come and save their failing restaurant from bankruptcy. FF: Desperate sellers come to forum and complain about no sales, falling sales or other such deficiencies. KN: Chef samples the food in the restaurant. Points out the deficiencies such as frozen food, microwaving, boring menus and unskilled cooks. FF: Seniors look at the seller's gigs and point out poor grammar, unoriginal work, stolen images/descriptions and exaggerated skillsets. KN: Restaurant owners respond, "That's BS. People love our food." "It's a family recipe, Ramsay is an idiot. FF: Seller ignores suggestions, but uses AI to post nonsense like "Stay online always," in an effort to appear successful. Also keeps profile pic that looks like a mug shot. KN: Chef finds old slimy chicken, improperly stored foods, rotten vegetables, dead bugs and mice in fridge. Owners lie, "baffled" as to how any of this may have happened. Yelling ensues. "Ramsay is an idiot. I should punch him." FF: Seniors find false "Fluent English," fake degrees from invented universities, and other outright lies in gigs and profiles. Point them out. Seller doubles down on lies. Yelling ensues. "You are all idiots. I should punch you." KN: Yelling and crying, threats to leave. FF. Yelling and crying, threats to leave. KN: Owners realize Ramsay knowns what he's talking about, promise to reform and do it the right way. FF: Sellers sometimes agree to make the changes suggested, thanking us for providing the proper steps. "Amazing info." KN: 3 months later, owners reverted to their old, lazy ways within 2 days and now are out of business. Meanwhile, chef gets back on private jet to London to visit his Michelin starred restaurants. Owners still tell anyone who will listen that Ramsay is an idiot. FF: 3 months later, seller starts new forum thread that says "I cannot Mek Sells, since 3 months please guide me."
  7. That must be line smoking 300 cigarettes at once.
  8. Yeah, gotta be really healthy to breathe that in.
  9. Everyday, every flight. Simply amazing.
  10. Agree. It makes the seller appear as desperate, and I could absolutely see giving someone a 1 star review for spam if they were to ask.
  11. You should have a credit for future purchases. This is explained in the TOS, which you read, correct? It is not Fiverr's reputation that gets the ding this time. They assume you have read and understood the terms when you click the button that says you did.
  12. What are you offering which is not already being offered by thousands of others which would cause your gig to "rank." What is special about your gig? Also, you should not claim to be "fluent" in English when you comments here reveal otherwise. ChatGPT obviously was used to write your gig description, or else you somehow lost your English skills in the last 20 minutes?
  13. Did you agree to not alter it? If so why?
  14. Why did you join and agree that you had read and accepted the terms of the TOS then? Kinda silly. Why did you join and agree that you had read and accepted the terms of the TOS then? There is a good reason for this and it has been answered a hundred times in the forum. But just like TOS it requires reading and comprehension. Acting surprised at these things does not reflect well on either of you. Good Lord.
  15. @smashradio I linked directly to National Geographic's YT page hosting the video, plus the 2 Fiverr invoices from when they hired me, and they are asking for further verification. I swear, interns are running the place.
  16. They can't. It is up to you to be a businessman and sell them.
  17. Thank you for saying what I was thinking. We seem to really try to leave every possible door open even when it is clear that there is malfeasance afoot.
  18. Yes, it is so obvious. OP stopped responding when I pointed out that they were confusing "My friend" and "Me" when telling the story.
  19. @smashradio This attitude continues to baffle me beyond belief. It is as if everyone here is somehow unable to stand up for themselves. I can't imagine thinking that someone could force me to do anything.
  20. Redacted emails prove nothing, and what about you switching form "a friend" 3rd person to "my account" within a few sentences? How would a friend's actions cause your account to be disabled?
  21. First, it is about a "business partner" who you refer to in the 3rd person, then... You forgot you were pretending that it happened to someone else, and reveal that it was you, or your 2nd account most likely. Sloppy.
  22. From the photos you shared it appears that you never made it inside the building. Your theory of a competitor taking you out only makes sense if the good friends you have inside Fiverr were also in on it. I think there's more to the story. Plus the formatting error in this screenshot appears to have been manipulated in developer's tools.
