  1. It's possible that they didn't find something impressive enough during their review. Unfortunately, we can't know exactly what that might have been. Remember, they go through recent orders, deliveries and chats with buyers as well, not just your public profile.
  2. I'm proud of you for GPT-ing Norwegian!! Actually, Norwegian has a lot in common with English. Both are germanic languages with similar words (cat/katt, house/hus, god/good would be examples), and we love our loanwords. For example, I could say "Jeg skal binge noe på Netflix" (I will binge something on Netflix). We frequently use "Yes" to express a yes instead of "ja", "nope" instead of "niks", and "the kids" (who we might call "kidsa") will use "yeah right" instead of "ja liksom" (at least that was the case when I was a kid. These days, I can barely understand Norwegian kids at all). And thanks to the vikings, we brought some old norse words to England as well, like "uggligr" (ugly), Thursday (Thor's dag, meaning Thor's day) are just a couple examples I found on Google.
  3. Whenever I get requests like these I send the buyer a custom offer. Why should I work for free, just because I worked for them before? (The exception would be if it's a small change within a couple of weeks of the original delivery and they didn't already spend the included revisions). I'd also require an order to do any type of work, always.
  4. You have too innsert fiber to online statuz and do SEO. Just contributing.
  5. Did you copy/paste the title into the field? If yes, try to refresh the page and type it manually. If no, try copy/pasting it. You can also try a different browser, just to make sure it's not a bug there.
  6. You're not allowed to make a new account on Fiverr if you've been suspended.
  7. Yes, you can change it. If your new gig image is an improvement over the old one, it could positively impact your performance. If it's worse, it might negatively affect you, much like any other marketing effort. If you decide to change your gig image, I recommend doing so with a clear and thoughtful purpose, not just on a whim.
  8. I see no active gigs on your profile at the moment. It has to do with your seller level. As a new seller/level 0 you can only have 4 gigs. Level 1 and 2 sellers can have ten active gigs, and Top Rated sellers can have 30.
  9. It can take some time to receive a response from CS. Be patient. Hopefully, they'll understand your issue on your second attempt. I understand that dealing with customer service can test your patience. Out of curiosity, what was your question and their response?
  10. According to scans, both your profile and gig descriptions appear to be AI-generated: 100% for your profile and 60% for your gig descriptions (at least for the one I checked). I wouldn't want to see this if I were ordering content, and I'm sure many other buyers feel the same way. I personally don't endorse using AI for writing, especially not if you call yourself a content writer. Using AI can be acceptable for advice, brainstorming, or research, but as a copywriter, I take pride in not having AI do my work for me. I'm not saying that the work you deliver would be detected as AI, because I wouldn't know. What I will say is that anyone can use GPT to produce mediocre, uninspiring content, then process it through another AI to "humanize" it so detectors won't go off. But it won't be high-quality content, just lots of fancy words stringed together in boring superlatives. Becoming a professional copywriter requires years of experience and genuine skill. Prompting an AI takes 30 minutes on Youtube. Relying on AI to do your work can create an impression of laziness and lack of skill, and it's irrelevant how skilled you are if you're not conveying that effectively.
  11. I thought the price increase for SPP was only for those who originally got a discount? So that would be way less than 25k, and I'm guessing less than half of those have Premium in the first place.
  12. I understand your frustrations and I know that support can be a bit mediocre, to put it mildly. Unfortunately, there's not much else we can tell you here on the forum.
  13. This could be a good read to get you started: The success score, explained (fiverr.com)
  14. I ran your gig description through an AI detector tool, mainly because my internal detector (my brain) felt that it was AI. If I picked up on that, there's a chance others might too. So, a friendly suggestion: maybe try giving it a personal touch by writing it yourself. If a gig description comes off as generic and lazy, people might think the same about the service behind it, and that's not the impression you want to give off when buyers read your description. I hope this helps 🙂
  15. Even better than Fiverr? 😄 Or shall I say... Might we venture to posit that the efficacy and output quality of my strategic communication initiatives for sellers like you surpass that of Fiverr, in delivering premium transparancy?
  16. This is unfortunately fairly typical of the CS team. A boilerplate response, followed by crickets. But hopefully they will follow up now that Lena has made a ticket for you, since she's Fiverr staff 🙂
  17. Could perhaps be a bug, but then I'd expect it to show up for all gigs, not just one. Unless they're making changes to the portfolio in the category that's not working or something.. I would reach out to support and ask them, they can probably give you a better answer.
  18. From what I understand, you don't lose access to those based on a demotion alone, but you might due to the overall quality of your gig (at least that's the case for promoted gigs). But I won't say for sure. I recently saw someone on the forum who got demoted and still had access to both, so that's what I'm basing this on.
  19. Couldn't have said it better myself. So I won't.
  20. To all sellers feeling like Fiverr is full of cheap buyers (I know I sometimes do), I just wanted to share a bit of an eye-roller we had at the newspaper I own, just to illustrate how the grass really isn't that much greener on the other side. Our marketing dept. got an inquiry for sponsored content, so we sent over our usual rates (they're in the thousands of euros). Here's the response: "My boss can pay $35 (including fee and taxes) for an article" I almost thought the guys had misread the date, and that it was sent on April 1st. Just goes to show that no matter what you're doing or what kind of business you're in, cheapskates are everywhere. By the way, here was my response, which I insisted on sending myself: -------------- -------------- Suffice it to say, I would've been angered by this if not for a decade's worth of psychological fortification against these guys, thanks to Fiverr. Better the devil you know than the devil you don't.
  21. At least now you have their reason, and hopefully your SM can figure out what happened based on that. If you didn't, some automatic system probably made a mistake (Fiverr seems to be relying heavily on AI and less and less on actual brainpower these days). Normally you should get an e-mail with a reason for the suspended account. Sorry I can't help you more.
  22. I understand that. How long has it taken since you reached out to support? I've seen them take a while before, especially when it comes to this type of thing because they probably have to check with the Trust and Safety team first, before they have an answer for you. Have you also tried your success manager (if you have Seller Plus Premium)?
  23. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do except ask support, because we're just sellers and buyers here on the forum, and we can't find out why this happened to you.
  24. We can't do much about account-specific issues like this here on the forum. You should raise a ticket with support. We're just sellers and buyers like you (and the occascional staff member who would say the same, to contact support).
  25. I couldn't live without Youtube Premium. I pay what, 12 bucks a month for it and have no ads, it helps the creators I like earn more, and I get Youtube Music, meaning I don't have to pay another 15 bucks to Spotify every month. Probably not. But nothing surprises me anymore.. Well.. Except the female brain, that is. I'll wait for the ticker tomorrow before I make up my mind, but you might be right.
