  1. Hello, I provide company registration services, the clients who don't have address are required to get the address first. The virtual address providers require clients to appear in interview before getting it. How can i manage it? if i do it on my own laptop, then i can't switch to their laptop for interview. The only solution which came to my mind (you may guide me if you have any) is to get it through client laptop. My question, is it allowed to get client workstation access?If yes, then how? Before replying please keep in mind that it must be according to fiverr policy and terms and conditions. Thanks, Raja
  2. As far as I know, I provide US company registration services and have requested clients to pay the US state department and address provider directly. Does this fall under the category of "offering and/or accepting payments outside Fiverr"? If yes, then how can i tackle this as client are trying to save a pence.
  3. I am here with update that the CS team has closed the ticket with following comments. However, I have not received any email from CS team explaining the issue. Can you please guide me how can i identify the root cause? It is like a sword is hanging over my head that my account may be restricted or suspended at any time. Again they have not given me chance to reply, as they closed the ticket
  4. Before coming to forum, i had reached out to CS and after giving a generic reply, they closed the ticket unfortunately. Can you imagine i am in some sort of depression just because of this as I believe that i have not committed anything wrong and even i can't imagine of doing wrong practice. Would you please suggest them to pin point the area where there is a problem, if any, so that i can resolve it and not do it again.

  6. Hello, I provide company formation, tax return filings, ITIN and bookkeeping services. For tax returns filings and company registration services, i need clients personal details such as name, email, phone number, address, etc. In this week, i received two warnings from fiverr that i breached the fiverr rules however, i am not getting which policy or rule has been breached. To get the clinet details for respective work, I used excel templates (I have prepared myself). Secondly to register the company, there is a registration fee.   7. I had three orders (last one in November 2023). I got 5 in two orders, third one was not rated. Since yesterday, rating is not showing in my profile and "NA" is showing. Can someone guide me why this happened?

  11. I joined Fiverr about a month and a half ago. Up until last two weeks, my gig's impressions and clicks were steadily increasing, even though I haven't received any orders yet. However, starting last week, I noticed a decline in both impressions and clicks. I'm puzzled as to the reason behind this. I've already verified my profile using my UK driving license and a selfie, but the metrics continue to decline. Additionally, about two weeks ago, two clients reached out to me (although they haven't placed orders, so my profile couldn't have been affected by ratings and reviews). However, since then, there has been no response from them. I've been consistently online from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM UK time (BST). Could you please provide guidance on what I can do to improve my situation? It has been approximately one and a half months since I joined Fiverr, and I have yet to receive any orders.
