Because you used your fiverr income, when the gig is cancelled it goes back to your revenue. If you pay directly from paypal/bank, it’ll go to fiverr credits.

My experience on Fiverr so far has been DREADFUL. There is no way i could recommend using the services on this site for a big project. Hopefully my small experience sample size isnt what most Buyers on this site experience.

I agree with your point regarding customer service. It seems like a cluster based free for all regarding what happens when you actually pay for a service on this site.

Am very disappointed with Fiverr’s covetous policy when it comes to returning our money but am also pleased to read your warning as just few hours ago I placed a custom order request that am expecting to be far over $5 and am thanks to your warning reconsidering it now and am looking at other sites that offer similar services. Holding people to ransom for their own money is low which ever way one looks at it.
