14 hours ago I sent a message to Fiverr Customer Support because one buyer given me a negative but incorrect feedback. Please help. What is the problem?

Customer Support is being slow at the moment (possibly due to the weekend or a lot of requests)

Do not worry, if you are reason is legitimate you will get the negative removed (I had it happen to me once)
